Notes on accommodation: Located opposite the marina of Puerto Pollensa. Just 50 meters from its beautiful stretches of beach and promenade with restaurants, cafes. The bus to Palma, opposite the apartment. So even with good public transport. (Milano) sailing to Alcudia. In the harbour there are boats that transport you to one of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, Formentor beach. Outside: Has a large balcony with table and chairs for a snack and a beautiful awning for shelter from the sun. Utility Room: It has a laundry room in the back of the kitchen, with a clothesline for clothes and the washer Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Has housekeeping with linen and towels included in the price.

Modern apartment in exceptional location

Stayed Thu-Mon in apartment in April 2017. Second visit to Puerto Pollenca but first visit to this apartment. We arrived on very late flight from Belfast and Ascunion waited up until 2am in the apartment to greet us and make us welcome. Her warm welcome was matched by the apartment itself, which is a top-floor modern, airy and nicely furnished apartment. It is well stocked with eating utensils and cups/glasses, has a bathroom available to each of the twin rooms (just one ensuite) and a nice glass-panelled balcony looking right over the marina and tree-lined promenade. TV channels predominantly German but we didn't visit to watch TV so didn't mind. Good air-conditioning and hot water in the showers. Owners very friendly and I would unreservedly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Great apartment, great location, great view.

The apartment was everything that we hoped it would be. The location is ideal with everything from bars, restaurants, shopping and a supermarket right on the door step. The view is lovely and we spent many relaxed hours on the balcony either reading or just people watching and enjoying the general activity of the marina and beach. It was nice to eat breakfast al fresco as we watched the sun coming up from behind the mountains the other side of the bay.

The owners couldn't have done more for us or have been easier to deal with. Communication was good from start to finish.

We would love to stay there again.

Outstanding location

We’ve stayed at various apartments in PP, but this has easily the best location: right in the centre, overlooking the bay and the marina, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and just across the road from the beach. Despite that, no noise. Booking and confirmation were handled very efficiently, with useful pre-arrival tips. Maria, who welcomed us, was helpful and kindly left us a gift of wine and flowers from her garden. The sitting room was comfortable and wonderfully light, and the apartment was well-maintained and clean. At the rear of the apartment, the bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate though not luxurious. The kitchen seemed well-equipped, though we didn’t cook.

The downside was the balcony, a focal point, but really big enough only for two people. Opinions vary, of course, but generally we felt that the flat would be crowded with four people. A small point, but the building door opened on to the terrace of a busy restaurant, which could be slightly awkward if people were eating by it.

Goal for next year: a more spacious apartment in the same location!

Special interest holidays:

On January 17, the festival is famous for San Antonio, which cut a pine tree in the forest and brought by boat to the port, offering food and drink typical of the island. During Holy Week is celebrated the "devallament", which is a very ancient procession downstairs emblematic of Pollensa. Also in April is a wine fair island.

During the months of July and August is the music festival with artists very famous. A end of June they celebrate the festival of the patron harbour and sea in mid-July.

Perhaps the most emblematic party Pollensa is the battle of Moors and Christians which is celebrated on August 2 in the festivities.

On Wednesdays the weekly market organized in Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa on Sundays.


The beach in front of the apartment, 50 meters. You can also take a boat that takes you to one of the best beaches in Mallorca called Formentor beach. A 5 km can enjoy the beaches of the north in Cala San Vicente.


From the airport to the port of Pollensa's 50 kilometres. They can use public transport from the airport to the city, and then another bus will take you directly to the port of Pollensa, leaving only a few meters from the apartment.
