Townhouse in Benahavis, Costa del Sol, Spain - Peaceful Location, 10 Minutes Drive To The Beach

All rooms offer significant space with high ceilings, wonderful finishings and beautifully terracotta tiled floors. Air-con throughout and underfloor heating for those few cold winter evenings - this property caters for guests all year round. The Master Suite has its own adjoining dressing room and private sun terrace along with a generous bathroom. The two other bedrooms offer an equally luxurious experience along with soft cotton bedding, towelling and beach ware. A fully equipped kitchen that can cater for light snacks or full formal dining with top-of-the-range gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer and a built-in family dishwasher. The utility room incorporates a modern washing machine and separate dryer. Wi-Fi, TV and DVD provided. iPhone/pod docs in bedrooms. Two communal pools - 1 heated.

After having lived in the area for a year, we knew we wanted to find a place where to spend family holidays - we could not have found a better place in La Heredia! A great property which is spacious and offers ample space even for larger parties whilst at the same time not feeling too big if it is just two people staying.

Beaches within 10-15 min drive.

Guadalmina Beach next to Guadalmina Golf Course. Relatively quiet and very clean. Water sports available. Two beach clubs and two beach restaurants with sun beds.

Linda Vista Beach in San Pedro Alcántara, next to the Linda Vista Urbanization. Quite busy in summer. Water sports available. Two beach restaurants with sun beds.

San Pedro Beach in San Pedro de Alcántara. Promenade all along the beach area. beach restaurants with sun beds and beach club.


Nearest Airport: Malaga, 45 mins (driving).

Most budget airlines serve Malaga including Easyjet, Monarch, Thomson Fly, FlyBe, Jet 2, GB Airways, Aer Lingus and more!

Also within easy distance of Gibraltar airport.

  • Notes on accommodation: From the entrance a staircase leads up to the dining room and living area. Patio doors lead out onto a spacious terrace with panoramic vistas to the Mediterranean, Gibraltar and the African coastline. Below is the Rhonda road that winds its way up past La Heredia and onwards into the mountains. The terrace has a dining table, sun loungers and a suite of furniture. Protected with safety glass, making it child safe, but without detracting from your view. The 2nd bedroom also has large built-in wardrobes with a safe, and an ensuite. Leaving this bedroom brings you back into the main dining room with the adjoining passageway leading to the master suite, guest toilet and utility room. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. The master bedroom features a separate dressing area with extensive wardrobe space leading you into the master bathroom with shower/bath. Add. items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds etc can be arranged at an additional cost. Outside: Casa Heredia has a beautiful sun terrace with dining table, sun loungers and further outdoor furniture. The urbanisation has two communal pools, one within 5 minutes walking distance. The 2nd pool, which is heated, is a 10-minute walk away from the property. Utility Room: The utility room incorporates a modern washing machine and separate dryer. Iron and ironing board available.
