Cottage in Overstrand, Nr. Cromer, North Norfolk, England - 3 Minutes Walk To Sandy Beaches And 1/2 Mile From Cromer Golf Course

Bond Cottage includes unlimited wifi and flat screen tv with dvd player; 2 fridge freezers; all mod cons; sleeps up to 5 people, plus space for cots. Bond Cottage has 2 huge bedrooms, spacious with high ceilings; 2 bathrooms, one upstairs; welcomes families and couples (maximum occupancy is 4 adults, however families of 2 adults and up to 3 children are also welcome). One dog maximum with an additional £25 charge. Two dogs may be allowable upon express agreement of the owners. The cottage is ideal for children as it is close to the beach and an adventure play ground. It has a fabulous period interior, a log stove and central heating; modern fitted and fully equipped separate kitchen, utility room, dining room and sitting room, and a downstairs shower room and toilet. There is plenty of space in the garden and shed for bikes, pushchairs and surf boards. There is free unlimited on-street car parking outside the front door.

About Jeanette Job

I manage the letting of Bond Cottage on behalf of my boss Nigel Job. Nigel and his wife Jeanette brought the property roughly 3 years ago after enjoying many years renting the cottage themselves for family holidays. The cottage is ideal for them with their two young Revealing the year your purchased this property adds credibility to your listing. Be sure to use 4 numeric characters. boys, Chris and George. Some of their favourite things to do in the area are the cliff top walk into Cromer, various bike rides in and around Overstrand, surfing lessons for the boys and the local family friendly pub. I have also visited the cottage on several occasions and spent a very enjoyable New Years Eve in the Seamarge Hotel reasturant during one of my stays at the cottage.

we have taken our 2 boys to this property for 16 years, and never tire of going! each day is different, and the sea and cliff walks are still amazing, plus the local beer just gets better each time.

What makes this house unique

The cottage is so close to the sea, I can pop back , make lunch or a cuppa, then take it to the beach. Very easy life! The fresh air and local pub and restaurants are amazing, too. The views are fabulous, and so are the walks. A stay in the cottage leaves us all refreshed and relaxed.

Everything you need

The cottage is lovely, has character and everything you could need. We made use of the garden as the weather was beautiful and walked the dog to the beach (5 minutes away if that) every day. A leisurely walk to Cromer and back takes no time and the beaches were quiet.

The village shop has all the essentials and the pub is almost next door to the shop.....

We will definitely come back.... The trip was everything we wanted!

Lovely cottage...

Bond Cottage is a lovely, welcoming Norfolk cottage. Only five minutes walk to the top of the cliff and then a bit of a slope down to the huge beach (when the tide is out!). Handy little cliff top café too, which looks out to sea. There's also a clifftop walk to Cromer which takes about an hour; great if you don't want to use the car all the time. The cottage is very well appointed with good sized kitchen, comfortable beds and two comfy settees in the lounge. We went in June to avoid the school holidays, so parking was easy (its free road parking directly outside the cottage).

One thing we wished we had known before our stay, is that mobile phone reception on O2 is non-existent! Can be a bit worrying if an emergency were to occur!

Otherwise, would thoroughly recommend this cottage.
