Chic ground floor studio apartment, opening out onto the communal garden.
Inside there is a large kitchen diner with double doors that open onto the spacious open-plan living area which combines a comfortable seating area with large sofa, Freeview TV, DVD player and CD player together with a separate area with a king-sized double bed. There is a shower room off this living area.
There is one single sofa bed available to accommodate a further guest.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, ceramic electric hob, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer dryer, kettle, toaster and ample crockery and cutlery.
The apartment benefits from central heating and Wi-Fi. Linen, towels, an iron and ironing board are also all provided.
Children are welcome, but some furnishings may not be ideal for toddlers.
The apartment is in an area that can be lively late into the night being close to bars and night clubs.
Apartments 4 & 5 both offer 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor and The Studio is a spacious ground floor apartment ideal for two. Each is furnished in a contemporary and comfortable style with smart kitchen facilities and bathrooms.
Imperial Court is situated in a side street just off the main Promenade, and each apartment comes with one allocated parking space in a gated, secure, private car park.
It is within easy walking distance of the High Street, the café area of Montpellier, Imperial Square - host to the town’s many festivals - the Town Hall, the Everyman Theatre and numerous shops, restaurants and bars.
Also within easy reach are the railway station and Cheltenham Racecourse – home of The Gold Cup.
As the Western Gateway to The Cotswolds, the property is also a well-positioned base for touring the surrounding countryside, towns and attractions.
There is a well maintained garden for residents’ use and entry to the building is via entry phone or key code. There are stairs and a lift to the second floor (for apartments 4 and 5).
Children are welcome, although some of the furnishings may not be ideal for toddlers. Please enquire if you are uncertain about suitability.
Please note, the minimum stay period is 5 nights over the Cheltenham Gold Cup Festival week in March and 4 nights over the Christmas/New Year period.

To book: 50% deposit required, balance due 1 month before start of the stay or payment in full if booked within 1 month of the start of the stay.
For a 100% refund, cancellation must be made 21 days prior to 3:00pm on the day of check in.
For a 50% refund, cancellation must be made 20 to 14 days prior to 3:00pm on the day of check in.
Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice are not eligible for any refund.

Changeover days are flexible.
Bookings are subject to a 2 night minimum stay; except during the Cheltenham Gold Cup race meeting, when it is 5 nights and Christmas/New Year when it is 4 nights.

This apartment was advertised to me as catering for 4 persons. It only catered for 3. Upon arriving I realised there were only enough beds and bedding for three people. I attempted to contact the property manager to inform them in the hope that this would be sorted. The response was, "Do I need to add a fourth bed?". The situation was not resolved and one of my group had to sleep on the couch fully clothed. Appalling service. I would not recommend booking through this property management company.
