Very spacious 2 bedroom townhouse in quiet and central location, near to the Hotel Parador. It shares a really nice garden and pool with the few other houses in the complex. It is a 5 minutes walk to beach, 10 minute walk to Balcon de Europa. It has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, large lounge/dining room, terraces and balconies throughout the property with sea and mountain views. Ideal for families or

couples.

There are numerous restaurants within a few minutes walk to suit every budget. The house sets right between the beautiful old streets of the town and the wonderful Burriana Beach.

Notes on accommodation: The townhouse is in a small block of houses and apartments accessed via locked gates leading into the complex. The complex has well maintained gardens and pool. The house has some steps to entrance and 9/10 steps leading from the terrace down to the communal pool. Outside: There is a lovely terrace leading from the lounge with table and 4 chairs for outside dining. There are Juliette balconies leading from both bedrooms. The roof terrace is split into 2 sides, one with sunbeds and shower that looks over the pool and gardens, the other side has mountain views. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are provided on arrival. If you are staying for more than one week we will provide a spare set of towels and bed linen. If you require more, this can be arranged at an extra charge. Other: On the ground floor there is a separate wc, with sink and washing machine.

Beautiful apartment set in a perfect location

This was our first visit to Nerja and we were so lucky to choose this accommodation. The apartment had everything that we required and it was set in lovely gardens with a well kept pool - perfect for a cool down in the afternoon sunshine. It had a lovely roof top balcony where you could soak up the sunshine or happily sit and watch the world go by. The gated community was very peaceful and only a stroll away from the beach. Close by there was a bakery and supermarket should you wish to get in any supplies. It was a short walk to the many Tapas Bars & Restaurants where you had a great choice of food & drinks. This was a lovely place to visit and such a relaxing holiday - we hope to return one day and would certainly be back in touch with Paul for accommodation - everything was exactly as Paul described to us and he was most helpful by arranging taxi transfers and ensuring we enjoyed our stay at his apartment. Thanks for all your assistance Paul - it was much appreciated.

Very nice apartment set in quiet gardens

We stayed recently at this very nice apartment. Everything was ready for our arrival and Paul had even arranged for some milk to be ready as we arrived on a Sunday when a lot of shops were closed. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking although we did have quite a few meals out. The bedrooms have air conditioning and the sitting room has fans which we needed as the heat wave started during our stay. We didn't use the top sun balconies because it was so hot but it was very pleasant to sit and have meals on the patio area leading off the lounge. The complex is quiet and we were not disturbed by any noise in the evening. The apartment is situated in a very convenient spot for both the Balcon area and the Carabeo and various beach areas. Two of our party are in our seventies and the walk along Carabeo to the Balcon and all the bars and shops only took 10 minutes on the flat. There is a very nice café/bar only yards up the road (Trebol) which do good breakfasts as well as other dishes for the evening. There is a bakery very close and a small but well stocked Covirin supermarket just round the corner in Calle Huertos. There is supermarket uphill from the apartment called Iranzo which is an Aladdin's cave of food and drinks. It is a further walk to Supersol and Mercadona but easy to get a taxi back. Nerja is a lovely place and this was our first visit. We do hope to return again in the future.

Excellent accommodation

There are 20 houses in this quiet, beautifully-kept complex and each is literally one minute from the pool. The complex itself is about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and about 5 down to the nearest beach.

Huertos 5 is well-furnished, has 3 terraces, including a large one just off the living room, and lots of natural light. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, including a small breakfast table for 2. The owner has taken the trouble to make British TV easily available.

Excellent service from the renting agency.

We've just spent 4 months there and loved every minute.

Los Heurtas

I would highly recommend this property. We have visited Nerja a number of times so knew it was in a good location with a genuine 10 minute walk to the Balcon De Europe and its choice of restaurants through lovely flat streets and only 5 minutes to Burianna Beach. There is a bakery just a few doors away so that was breakfast sorted, and a supermarket just around the corner. The communal pool was really quiet which was great for us and only a few steps from the house for a quick cool off.

I couldn't fault the house which was very clean with all your usual home comforts, we didn't use the TV as we never do on holiday - it wouldn't be a break otherwise would it?

We'll be returning to Nerja in a few years and won't hesitate to re-book this property.

Great townhouse in great location

The townhouse is in a great part of Nerja, within easy walking distance if the beaches and centre of town. Also it has a large communal pool if a day home preferred. Paul arranged taxis which was one less thing to do and our whole week was very very enjoyable. We good to return!

A great find close to all amenities!

A lovely, well appointed townhouse. Close to Parador area, Burriana beach and Balcon area. A great base for trips to caves of Nerja and village of Frigiliana. Owners are great to deal with and nothing is a problem! Highly recommended.

Location

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beaches to the house are Carabeillo which is a short 5 minute walk away, and Calahonda beach which is 10 mins away. Nerja is lucky enough to have many beaches along its coast the largest being the Burriana beach, which has lots of beach restaurants open all year round, and also pedalos etc in the summer months.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Málaga, just approx. 45 mins drive away (60kms), there is a bus service from the airport to the bus station of Málaga and then you would catch the bus to Nerja, approx one hour. There are taxis from the airport, but it is wiser to pre-book with a confirmed price. Other airports are in Granada (110kms) and Almeria (120kms).

Distances:

10 minutes drive from Nerja, you have the caves of Nerja, one of the most visited attractions in Spain. 6kms north of Nerja, is the historic village of Frigiliana. An hours drive away you have the famous city of Granada with the stunning Alhambra Palace. Further afield you can visit Marbella, Ronda, the cities of Cordoba or Sevilla, also there is Gibraltar. For children there is the zoo in Fuengirola, the dolphin park in Benalmadena and the crocodile park in Torremolinos.

Further Details:

There are many places to visit here in Andalucia, historic cities full of magnificent buildings, palaces, cathedrals etc. There are theme parks, water parks, animal parks, for adults and children alike. In Benalmadena there is Tivoli World, a theme park with rides for all ages. In Sevilla there is Isla Magica, a massive theme park with lots of attractions for all the family.

In Nerja itself, there are adventure companies that will take you out for the day. Within a couple of minutes walk there are many shops, tapas bars, and great restaurants to try while you are here. In the summer time of an evening take a stroll along the Balcon de Europa, check out the street artists and the night market, there is something for everyone here.

Booking Notes:
On making a reservation we require a 30% deposit of the total cost, this can be paid by bank transfer, details of which will be forwarded on request. The balance of your stay and a £150 accidental damage deposit is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Once the house has been checked after your departure the accidental damage deposit will be transferred back to you.

Changeover Day:
Arrival days at weekends in high season, there is no restriction on arrival days the rest of the year. The house can be accessed from 4pm unless another time is agreed. Departure is by 11am.
