Cobbetts is luxury property boasting a superb location just off the ‘Atlantic Highway’ (A39) in the 300 year old secluded hamlet of Tregoodwell, close to the foot of RoughTor and just a very short drive to the stunning North Cornish coast. Cobbetts has been tastefully decorated and furnished and equipped with a careful eye to detail. The small market town of Camelford with its local shops, chemist, library, galleries, museum, pubs and restaurants is just 10 min walk away. The nearest of many stunning sandy beaches is Trebarwith Strand, is just 12 mins drive away. On the doorstep starts the open countryside and there are a wealth of sights and activities locally and further afield to suit everyone of all ages; coastal & country walks, surfing, theme parks, Golf, castles, beaches, cycling, horse riding and so much more.

Outside: Both Cobbetts house and Little Cobbetts Cottage have pretty privat sunny gardens with facilities for clothes drying. Cobbetts has a patio dining table and chairs for up to 10 persons. In addition there is are two luxury sun loungers and a garden tea table set. Little Cobbetts has a 4 seater patio / dining set and a two person tea table.
