Clean spacious ideally placed apartment

Striking modern, well maintained apartment. Ideally positioned and well equipped. Owner went out of his way to accommodate 4 adults and two young children.

Clear straightforward instructions.

Excellent Property

Great location next to Medran lift, the main lift for the bike park and the enduro trails. Supermarkets/bars/restaurants/shops all in walking distance. Apartment layout is good, very roomy, excellent facilities, wifi good in living room/kitchen. Property (and all communal areas) perfectly clean and well maintained. Excellent customer service from the owner and the estate agent (for keys). I would definitely recommend this property. Verbier in summer is the most picture perfect resort I've seen in Europe.

Great apartment

This is a very nice flat and the location is just perfect. It is really close to both the main lift and to the centre of Verbier. And yet, there is not traffic and all and it is very peaceful.

There is plenty of space for a big group and everything in the apartment is of high quality and working well.

We had a great time and we are coming back!

5 star chalet and 5 star location

This is an amazing place to stay. The decor is warm, inviting and very modern. The kitchen in very well-equipped, and this made it easy to cook when we didn't feel like eating out. Unlike some places I have stayed at, there is plenty of crockery and cutlery and it is spotlessly clean. The layout makes it very easy to be in the kitchen and talk to each other at the dining table. The bathrooms are so stunning they belong in a hotel and the showers are very strong.

There is lots of space to sit and relax at the end of the day and the bedrooms are very comfortable. We loved the underfloor heating.

The location is great and it's very convenient to be so close to the Medran lift, so you don't need to take a bus. This makes it very easy at the beginning/ end of day of ski-ing.

Erik made the booking process very easy and swift, he responds to emails and answered all our questions very quickly. All in all, we can't recommend it highly enough.

From the Owner

We fell in love with Verbier the first time we went there. Lots of sunshine and plenty of easily available off piste skiing draw us back there several weeks per season. Eclat de Soleil one of the few properties in Verbier truly within walking distance of the lift. It is lovely to leave the car in the garage and forget about it for a week.

Nearest Airport : Geneva Airport at 161 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : Offshore at 250 Metres Nearest Golf : Verbier Golf Club at 3 Kilometres Nearest Train : Le Chable at 12 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : Martigny at 28 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Vieux Verbier at 250 Metres Nearest Ski : Medran lift at 250 Metres Car: not necessary


Nearest airport is Geneva which is about 1.5 hours by car from Verbier. There are plenty of bus transfers available in the winter season. Verbier is also reachable by train to le Chable and then a 10 minutes transfer by bus of lift up to Verbier.


You can find most of what you need in Verbier. Martigny is the nearest town and it is about 20 minutes away. Camonix is 40 miles away and just over an hour's drive.

We always enjoy coming back to Eclat de Soleil. it combines being within comfortable walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants with a very quiet location. no traffic can be seen or heard and the children can just go straight out form the flat to play in the snow.
