Gran Alacant is a village with most things you could want. Importantly, there are hours of glorious sunshine & miles of wonderful sand & sea. The house has unlimited high speed Wi-Fi and faces south-east so gets the full benefit of each day’s sunshine. It is close to all local amenities. Air Conditioning (cold/hot). House recently redecorated. A bright and sunny private home, elevated above its neighbouring houses. There’s nothing directly opposite but a landscaped garden with a secure wire fence followed by a beautiful, green, wide, natural ravine. It’s on a very quiet road serving only its row of ten homes. The English/Spanish speaking owner lives locally & is readily available to help if needed. Complimentary lifts from/to Alicante Airport are offered to renters where possible. A car isn’t necessary for local area. Car parking is available outside the house. Bus & ‘train’ services provide a local GA route including all focal points. Good Bus service to Alicante and nearby Santa Pola.

Dear Alfredo,

Our recent holiday in Gran Alacant was very enjoyable. The house is very clean and has all the qualities for an enjoyable holiday, especially sitting on the patio enjoying a cool drink after a long day.

The beautiful beaches are nearby as are the local amenities such as super markets. Local bars and restaurants are all within walking distance which was good for us and offer a good choice of food.

I would recommend your holiday home to friends.

All 4 of us would like to thank Alfredo for a brilliant holiday!

We tried to book again for 2 weeks over Xmas but it's booked out :(

Alfredo picked us up from the airport even though we had a late flight and Ian took us back saving us €40 on taxis.

The bread, butter, milk, water, marmalade Alfredo bought for us was a life saver and a lovely touch when you arrive late and the supermarket is closed.

Location is brilliant, 5 mins to the supermarket, shops, bars, bus stop etc while being very peaceful and quiet.

At the front of the house you look onto lovely gardens and a ravine, we found a couple of lime trees which came in handy for our bottles of Corona :)

The beds were really really comfortable and everyone slept great.

The house is very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Sad to leave but will definitely be back soon!

Qué casa más preciosa !

We just got back from a great holiday in this lovely, comfortable house. To say it is well equipped would be an understatement, Alfredo, the owner has thoughtfully provided just about everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday, and all in clean good working order.

We have stayed in G.A several times before and would say this is one of the best spots in the area, with great views overlooking well tended gardens and the ravine, where you will be serenaded by the song of Cicada's, or head up to the roof terrace for amazing views over the bay to Alicante.

A short walk from the house will take you to numerous bars & restaurants including La Paletta which is trip advisor's top ranking for G.A, and 14th out of 5153 restaurants on the Costa Blanca!! Definitely go there.

Thankyou Alfredo and Ian for making everything so easy, including the booking process , and of course the transfers from the airport which were much appreciated. Great customer service!

Keep up the good work & I hope we can visit you again sometime

Lovely property could not fault it

Just returned from above property thank you Alfredo it was just what we were hoping for on our holidays and we were all impressed Lovely home so clean and tidy the views from the roof terrace was lovely many a beer was drunk looking across the area . lovely and local for all facilities beach and blue train lovely near by swimming pool as well could not asked for a better property many thanks Alfredo and thanks for making us so welcome from the moment you picked us up at airport and for showing us around we certainly enjoyed our holiday and your lovely home Martin

Lovely House in a lovely convenient location

We stayed here for two weeks 14-28 May and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Alfredo's lovely house. The house has everything you could possibly need for a lovely relaxing stay, even a shopping trolley to take to the supermarket ( 5 mins walk away ) in case the water/beer/wine becomes to heavy to carry back to the house.

The patio garden at the front was lovely for alfreso breakfasts and general dining with the small balcony outside the main bedroom and the large roof terrace other options.

The house is very clean and modern, showers are nice and powerful and there is even filtered drinking water in the kitchen.

Excellent wi-fi, fast and trouble free which is a help face timing the children etc.

There is a lovely newly refurbished communal swimming pool a short walk away if you are so inclined too!

We were 5 minutes from the bus stops for Alicante and Santa Pola and both are worth a visit. Two nice restaurants are within a five minute walk as are the bars in the square, Zest was our favourite lovely cocktails and good pub type snacks. There are other restaurants and cafe's too most within easy walking distance, Dream Corner was always welcoming and the food was ok and very well priced.

If you get the chance go to the market you should go and if you are energetic go to the lighthouse and just beyond for stunning views. When you arrive it is worth a trip on the tourist train to get your bearings but we found everything became more familiar if you took a few strolls out, in fact Gran Alacant is quite compact really.

Thank you Alfredo for picking us up from the airport and dropping us back at the end of our holiday, a lovely touch and very much appreciated.

We would happily recommend this house to anyone visiting or wanting to stay in Gran Alacant and hope to go back soon ourselves.

Lovely relaxing break!

We recently got back from this lovely property in a nice quiet area, the house is very comfortable and has everything you will need, drinking coffee in the morning on the roof terrace was brilliant as well as the views, there are some nice bars and restaurants nearby, we had some nice meals in la paletta and patagonia, plus the dick turpin bar was also good. Alfredo picked us up and dropped us off at the airport which was very nice.

Wonderful break away

Thank you Alfredo for a wonderful break away at your lovely house. Everything we could possibly want. Thank you also to Ian for the airport lifts and even stopping at the supermarket so we could get some shopping en route to the house, so kind. The house was immaculate and in a great location for restaurants, supermarket and bus stops. Beach a about a 15/ 20 minute walk, the Commercial Centre with many lovely restaurants and shops a very short bus ride as was Santa Pola. We will definitely be returning and recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing worry free holiday.
