Villa in Albir, Costa Blanca, Spain - Peaceful Location, Around The Corner From 5 Star Spa Wellness Centre And 15 Minute Walk To Town

Well maintained family villa of 320m sq well positioned in a plot of 500 m sq. 15 minute walk / 3 minute drive to town centre & beach of Albir with it's boutique shops, inviting restaurants and bars and idyllic coastline.

We have 4 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 4 single beds and a travel cot available on request. AC units are in three of the four bedrooms with the fourth having a ceiling fan, there is also an AC unit in the living room. We have satellite TV that includes UK channels including some Sky Sports & Movies.

The house is situated in Albir, just around the corner from 'The Sha Wellness Centre & Spa'.

Open plan living, recently updated with new kitchen, new flooring throughout the ground floor, solar water heating and a jacuzzi plunge pool.

Fabuulous apartment, everything you need and more.

The apartment is beautiful, the layout is perfect, everything we needed for a fantastic holiday with newly fitted kitchen which lends perfectly to indoor or outdoor dining. The pool and Jacuzzi are lovely, especially when lit up at night, the backdrop is stunning and adds to the outdoor experience of privacy and tranquillity. All in all we had a perfect stay and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

Amazing

This was my first trip to Albir, and it was nothing short of fantastic, the Villa was amazing it had every facility that i was expecting, the Villa was immaculate and very well furnished, and had WiFi, the outside area was the best i have come across, the pool and Jacuzzi were so inviting, what i also liked was the fact that there was a shaded eating area, a BBQ and an outdoor shower.

i would and have recommend this property to every one.

We hunted for the prefect property in Albir. We fell in love with Albir with it's boutique shops, inviting restaurants and bars and idyllic coastline. Our villa is a short 15 minute walk to the centre.
