La Petite Maison has been newly renovated to provide modern comfortable accommodation comprising double bedroom, bathroom, open plan well equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with flat screen TV and digital channels, Wi Fi, DVD, CD/radio. Outdoors there is one parking space and a patio with BBQ, table and chairs for alfresco eating. The property can also accommodate one child under 10 years of age. Available all year round for holiday rentals. Awarded a 4 star rating and a gold standard award in May 2013.

A wonderful quiet, self-catering cottage only 5 minutes walk from the local food store. Very well presented, high quality fittings, friendly helpful hostess who provided a nice starter pack of basic food supplies including bread, butter & milk.
The cottage was just perfect. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for our holiday in Guernsey. Welcome pack was much appreciated too.
Loved our stay at La Petite Maison, the cottage, location and peace and tranquility of Guernsey were all perfect. The coastal walks and many places to visit made for an enjoyable holiday whatever the weather. We hope to return in the future.
Spotlessly clean, well equipped property in a convenient location. The cottage is a cleverly converted outbuilding in the owners garden, complete with its own private patio area. We enjoyed the welcome hamper provided by the host.
Very nice cozy cottage. A warm welcome from Sarah on arrival along with a welcome food pack was very much appreciated.
If visiting Guernsey this cottage is a must for two people.
A lovely place to spend a holiday in Guernsey. Spotlessly clean,very well equipped and very well located for exploring the island using the local buses. At the side of the property is a compact area with table ,chairs and BBQ which was a filled with flowers and faces south. This is a perfect place for two people.would recommend it highly.
Coast/Beach:
Five minutes walk away from Grand Harve Bay and Rousse. Les Amarreurs Harbour, Ladies Bay and Chouet Bay and headland a further 10-20 minutes walk. The popular Pembroke Bay is a 30-40 minute walk. Cobo Bay, Grandes Rocques and Port Soif beaches are a ten minute drive. South coast beaches such as Fermain Bay and Petit Bot are reachable by car (30 minutes).
Travel:
Guernsey airport is 20 minutes by car. Use of a car is recommended for exploring the island. Cycles can be hired locally.
Distances:
Oatlands visitor attraction and the Guernsey Freesia Centre (5 minutes walk). Guernsey Candles (ten minutes walk). St Peter Port (ten minutes by car) with its picturesque town centre, Castle Cornet museum, Victor Hugo's House, Candie Museum and Gardens.

A sympathetically renovated cottage ideal for walkers, birdwatchers on anyone seeking relaxation. Wonderful coastal walks and sea fishing can be enjoyed a few minutes from the cottage. A Simply Food supermarket is conveniently located nearby along with 2 pubs and 2 restaurants. Visitor attractions such as Oatlands, the Freesia Centre and Guernsey Candles are within walking distance. Picturesque St Peter Port, a wider range of shops and restaurants, and attractions such as Castle Cornet, Victor Hugo's House and Candie Museum and Gardens are a bus/car ride away. The Occupation Museum, Little Chapel, and Fort Grey are reachable by car or bus via St Peter Port.

Booking Notes:
A 25% deposit is required within 48 hours of booking and the balance is due at least 8 weeks prior to your stay. A further £150 security deposit is required to be paid with the balance, this will be refunded shortly after your stay, subject to satisfactory inspection. Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to your stay will require full payment.
Changeover Day:
Changeover day is a Saturday between May and September. At other times there is flexibility as to the changeover day. The accommodation should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Guests are requested not to arrive until 4pm on changeover day.
