What makes this house unique

We can't say it better as our guests.

Nice, well equipped house, making it almost a home from home. Altogether, quite well situated for beach and shops. Cheap and short taxi ride to restaurants/bars. Very nice and helpful House-Keepers living very close by, for any assistance needed.

Would definitely re-visit the house.

Good sized for a family of five, and very comfortable beds.

Owners were helpful, and accommodating, making the rental procedure

professional, and yet with a personable approach.

We have just returned from a wonderful 3 week stay at Villa Flora. It is a well equipped, bright and airy villa with lovely views from the front terrace. Several sun-beds and a large sun umbrella are available for use. Bed linen and towels in good supply. Everything you need for a holiday home including BBC, ITV etc. Golf course within walking distance, shops, beach and amenities close by. We would have no hesitation in staying at this lovely villa again. Also thank you for the use of your golf clubs.

Peaceful and so relaxing

We had a wonderful relaxing break at Villa Flora the pick up and transfer was great . Stuart was friendly on arrival at the airport and made us feel welcome . The Villa was extremely comfortable and spacious.

Loved the patio and cactus gardens. Martin and Stuart were always friendly when they came down to water the gardens. The area was extremely peaceful and we loved having lunch with a bottle of wine at the table with shaded area then going and having a siesta on the sunbeds. The Villa was spotless and had everything we needed even down to scales for weighing our cases for our return journey.We were only a 25 minute slow walk to Atlantico Centre and a further 15 minutes to the centre of the resort.Loved everything about this villa and didn't want to leave will definately be back. Villa Flora - Beautiful

Villa Flora was all as advertised, the location was ideal and the villa itself was well maintained and spotless, customer service received from both the owner and managers was first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone. The garden was lovely and enjoyable to sit out in any time of the day and was very peaceful. The pool was also first class.

Family Holiday

This property is excellent, very clean and has everything one needs while on holidays. The location is also a major advantage as it is close to shopping centre, restaurants, beach, weekly market etc.

Alexandra was brilliant and all our dealings with her were very straight forward.

The property managers Martyn and Stuart were excellent and they prepared the property to a very high standard for us. They were also on hand when we needed them.

As a family we would thoroughly recommend this property.

The property was excellent, clean, very well located and had everything that was needed for our stay. These comments are based on our 7 previous holidays in Fuerteventura and your property was by far the best we have stayed in.

Stuart and Martyn are excellent property managers and they were very helpful and curious when they called to the property. They are definitely the right people to have managing your property.

We intend to return to Fuerteventura in the future and we will definitely rebook your property.

Amazing loved it!!

Villa superb location was great will definitely go back. My two children 9 and six had a fab time met loads of friends by the pool. Really ideal place for families couldn't fault it at all. One thing I would suggest to the owners is our flight was a night flight so didn't arrive to the apartment quite late so had no provisionals so maybe a little welcome pack of milk water bread etc would be nice. Everything else was great.

The nearest beach is approx 800 m walk, whilst the man-made beach of Caleta is approx 1,5 km walk. The beaches are fully equipped with sun beds. The beautiful beaches around the island can be accessed by car approx 30 - 60 minutes drive.

Travel:

Fuerteventura Airport is located 8 km from the property. Car hire is recommended but not essential (the Elba Hotel located on the Golf Course offers a courtesy bus into the centre of Caleta). Taxis are available 24 hrs. Car hire starts at approx 120 Euros a week for a small car.

Distances:

Caleta de Fuste centre approx 1,2 km.

Atlantico shopping centre approx. 1 km.

Airport 8 km.

Corralejo 40 km.

Jandia 80 km.

Further Details:

The centre of Caleta has a number of excellent restaurants and evening entertainment can be found. Atlantico shopping centre is located at the Golf Resort entrance and hosts bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket and a 6-screen cinema along with a bowling alley. The harbour is located in the centre of Caleta where all types of sports activities can be found. If you do hire a car and travel around the island there are amazing beaches and villages to be found like El Cotillo, Jandia, Betancuria and many more. A list of recommendations is provided on restaurants, bars, beaches etc with bookings.

As a family with 2 young children we can recommend the property is child friendly.

If you just want to chill out and do nothing this house is perfect.
