Outside: Outdoor terrace area has a dining table and six chairs and a suite of furniture. There is also an out door fridge and barbecue area. Utility Room: Equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. Ironing board & Iron. Sink Clothes Dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed Linen are supplied and will be changed on a weekly basis. Cleaning of the property can be arranged on site with the cleaners at the expense of the renter.

Coast/Beach:

No need to pack the car and head off to the beach as it is a thirty second walk from the terrace of this property to the beach !!

Travel:

Malaga and Gibraltar airports are within a 45 minute drive to Menara Beach and numerous car rental companies are located in both of these airports to assist you with car hire.

Distances:

Puerto Banus is a 15 minute drive or you can also avail of the local bus service. Estepona is also minutes drive along with Benahavis, San Pedro or Benahavis.

Further Details:

Estepona or Marbella town and bustling and and both only 15-20 minutes drive. San Pedro is next to us with all your holiday needs be it restaurants, bars or hotels. If you are looking for a more peaceful night out you can head across to Cancelada and try out the fantastic El Legando restaurant where the food and service is fantastic and great value for money. For the more party going holiday maker what better way than to spend the night sipping some cocktails along Puerto Banus watching the yachts, millionaire's and starry Spanish night float past you. Supermarkets are in the area and you are spoiled for choice having Mercodona, Super-Sol, Aldi and Carrefour on your door step. There are also outdoor street markets each week. Estepona has a large one on a Wednesday, San Pedro on a Thursday and a smaller one in Cancelada on a Friday. Also on the far side of the road we have Selwo Park which is an outdoor safari park. A great day for the family to have and don't forget to bring the camera and a picnic.
