About the Owner

We are joint owners, Andrea and Claire who have skied in Morillon with our friends and family for many years. Claire had an apartment in Morillon village for some 20 years before deciding to buy something larger, so knows the area well.

Great place to stay - well equipped and convenient for both skiing and amenities. Very comfortable accommodation and great having a bathroom for each bedroom.

Loved it!

  • 5 of 5

We had a very enjoyable week in Morillon Les Esserts staying in Le Jardin d'Alpin. The apartment was very well appointed just a short walk uphill via a slope or steps to either of the two chairlifts, and at the end of the day you can ski back to within a few steps of the locker room. The locker room which was big and spacious with plenty of seating, a big plus. The apartment as others have said is so well positioned in the center of the resort close to all amenities. ( Loved the ski hire shop and bakery being just next door).

The apartment met all our hopes. (It even had a teapot - our first in France!) It was clean and had great heating and there was enough good seating in the lounge area for the 4 of us. (maybe not for 6 though, although there was around the dining area).

The beds were really comfy and the en-suites always a bonus. Really modern and spacious. It was also great to find an apartment for a group of older adults that did not have bunk beds !!

We found the owner Claire to be most helpful and cooperative.

This was our second ski holiday in Morillon 1100 and it certainly didn't disappoint.

Great place, lovely apartment. We would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.

Fantastic summer holday

  • 5 of 5

Great apartment to visit with friends or family. 15 year olds had own rooms with ensuite bath rooms too which was a real bonus. Ate breakfast on the sunny balcony every day before heading up in the chairlift for a mountain walk and lunch, or walking along the valley to Samoens or rafting (highly recommend company near the foot of the Morrilon cable car). Very friendly locals wherever we went. The apartment is ideally situated in the centre of Les Esserts with fabulous views and all the local shops were excellent. Delicious breads and croissant from the boulangerie. Very rested after our break in this lovely apartment.

Wonderful Summer Holiday

  • 5 of 5

I stayed at Jardin Alpin last summer with my husband and daughter and we had a wonderful seven days, enjoying all the outdoor activities. From the apartment, you can walk up the mountains and eat at some great restaurants or take the chair lift (100 m from the apartment) and walk down the hills or mountain bike down them. In the Village, there is a lake and beach with outside activities such as horse-riding, tennis and go-ape and in close-by Samoens there a few more activities.

The three bedroom (all ensuite) apartment was well laid out and had beautiful views up the mountains from the spacious balcony. At Morillon 1100, there is a well stocked supermarket, a couple of wonderful restaurants, a bar and bakery. It would be hard to find a more relaxing place for a summer holiday in the wonderful alpine air.

Fantastic, can't wait to go back!

  • 5 of 5

We've stayed in this apartment for a girl's ski trip for the last two years and had a fantastic time. It's a lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location. It's close to Geneva airport with excellent skiing on the doorstep and a low key night life which is just what you need after a day on the slopes. Can't wait to go back!

Great location, excellent skiing!

  • 5 of 5

This apartment offers all the comfort and convenience you need for a superb ski holiday. Warm and welcoming, a great spot to relax after a day on the slopes (and only a short walk from a choice of lifts - we couldn't have asked for a better location!) Great views of the slopes from the balcony, and with shops/supermarket/restaurants all in walking distance. The apartment is smart and clean with all mod cons - highly recommended!
