We can't recommend this property enough as we absolutely loved it. It's in a lovely location and very up-market. It's just a short walk to the beach and the Pinewalks. We were 4 adults and 5 older teenagers and found the property very spacious and well equipped.The pool was lovely and clean and fairly quiet for August. All the other guests and residents were very pleasant, courteous and friendly. The owner was so very attentive, when we reported that the laptop had a faulty cable the very next day a brand new laptop arrived - you can't do better than that!!The restaurants and bars along the Pinewalks are varied and good for all ages and tastes.The apartment was very clean throughout and especially the bathrooms which were immaculate.If we come back to the Pollenca area we all agree that we would make this property our first choice.I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Fantastic holiday... just perfect

We had a wonderful week in Michel's apartment. It was clean, spacious and everything was in perfect order.

There was lots of little bits for the 2 boys to play with, a play station, table tennis table on the roof terrace along with board games and cards.

It’s only a very short walk (100m) from the gates to the beach and there is a bar/snack bar with a small shop at the end of the block, with the main bars and restaurants a further 10 minutes’ walk down pine walk or you can get the bus outside the gate.

The pool area was cleaned every day and although the water was cold ( we went in October) the boys still used it every day and there was enough sunbeds supplied with the apartment to make sure we had somewhere to lounge by the pool.

Dealing with Michel was easy and quick and he answered any questions I had within 20 minutes every time.

My only gripe would be paying meant I had to do bank transfers rather than paypal.

All in all we loved the apartment and location so much we have already booked to go back.

An Attractive Impeccably Presented Rental

The location of this lovely family penthouse is wonderful. Close to the beach and amenities, car not really needed , transfers can be arranged.

There is so much to be positive about during your stay here but briefly, updated to a good standard, the apartment is designed offering the ultimate space to accommodate the persons indicated and also to give the opportunity to have privacy, when required .

The private roof terrace is the "piece de resistance" of the accommodation, a wonderful awning provides an attractive shelter when required. New furniture, loungers and the ping pong table add to the asset.

The very clean accommodation with sparkling pool certainly offers an alternative to hotels, with the opportunity to sample the local restaurants and the delightful "Pinewalk" close by.

We would certainly recommend this rental and all its facilities , to a cross section of ages and abilities, as there is a lift to the apartment.

Nothing is too much trouble for the owner Michel. He is easily contactable for any assistance and is quick to respond to any issues. In fact knowing that he is available gives an added confidence to the rental. The service and information provided by him from initial contact to finishing our holiday was second to none.

A big thank you Michel . We hope to return again soon.

"Excellent Apartment, great owner"

We stayed in early June. (family including children). Great apartment, great location. From very early at the booking stage we had a very positive experience with the property owner. He was very communicative throughout and supportive of any questions we had. (he recommended a great transfer company also) The apartment is easy to find and in a very nice area (close enough to the beach but not at all noisy). Apartment grounds including the pool area were well managed and clean. The pool is a great alternative to the beach everyday. Apartment was very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment and will certainly try and book again in the future.

"The ideal location for a relaxed family holiday."

The apartment was clean and well fitted out for a large group. The comfortable furniture was suitable for children and there were no sharp edges to watch out for. The swimming pool was excellent and quiet and the loungers were easy to lift down from the apartment. There was a small beach directly over the road which was great for making sand castles and snorkelling. The main beach was about 15mins away but only 5 euros in a Taxi. The nearby restaurant/shop had tasty food which was reasonably priced. All in all an ideal place to stay and I have already booked to return next year.

Lovely apartment in a great quiet location

Great apartment that has everything needed for a comfortable break in Majorca. There were a few niggles that the local contacts and Michel dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Car is not necessary because you have everything you need at proximity. Beach: Illa d´Or, about 100m. Restaurant: Laguna Restaurant, about 50 m.

Supermarket: Small British supermarket "SPAR" directly in the residence. Bank, shops, Pubs, famarcie, Handy shop and bigger supermarket: about 300m. City Center about 800 m.

The pretty resort of Puerto Pollensa is beautiful near the mountains Tramunatana in a protected, horseshoe-shaped bay. The white sand shelves gently into the shallow water, ideal for children.

And since a large part of the town's traffic is calming, this can also walk around safely. So, the parents eat comfortably in one of the many restaurants on the beach while the kids playing safely have in view - very relaxing!

The original fishing village has still retained much of its nautical flair and elegant harbor is full of fancy yachts. The newer part of town stretches along the beach promenade with several nice open-air cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy a coffee or a sundowner and watch the world walk by on one.

At the marina, the charming old town stretches, push in the narrow streets, numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Here you can meet in the evening to stroll and enjoy the real Spanish atmosphere, especially in the main square attracts a mixed crowd of locals and tourists.

Eden will be held Wednesday at the Square, a large market - a must for all shopaholics! Plunge into the crowds and explore the many local products and crafts pieces that are offered here.

Spotlight Tip: Walk along the 'pine-way '- a stroll in the shade of tall pines along beautiful old town houses on one side, while the children walk along the beach on the other side. Especially popular in the evening, sporting go the entire length of the yacht harbor - past the pavement cafes - known to the Hotel Illa d'Or, which still exudes the elegance of the past.
