Penthouse Apartment in Puerto Banus, Marbella, Costa Del Sol, Spain - Close To 7 Golf Courses, Short Walk Into Puerto Banus

This Lovely 2 floor penthouse apartment is in the perfect position for all to enjoy, 7 Golf courses a short drive away, and over 30 courses within a 40 min drive. If you are not a golfer, the apartment is opposite the La Maestranza Complex of which our guests have full use of the facilities. If you like the glitz and glam Puerto Banus with its beach, night-life, marina, and designer shopping is a 10 minute walk. The Apartment has its own private parking if you wish to hire a car the rates are quiet reasonable, however situated on the door step are 10 excellent restaurants, a pharmacy, bank, couple of supermarkets, there is also a market every Saturday.

Fantastic Accommodation and Location

The apartment was superb. It was very spacious, had everything you could possible want or need and a very large, sun blessed terrace!

The views from the terrace were fantastic looking over the mountains and provided the perfect backdrop to pre-dinner drinks.

Location wise the apartment is perfect and only a short walk to the gorgeous marina. There are so many great places to eat both in the marina and on the doorstep of the apartment.

Whilst there we ate in La Sala, Fuel and Curry Leaves to mention a few. There is plenty to do and see, hubby managed to fit in a game of golf and we loved the boat trip over to the old town.

I highly recommend this super apartment and its location. We will definitely return as there is so much (or little, the choice is yours) to do in this idyllic location.

Fantastic apartment, great location

This was our second time visiting Puerto Banus. Prior to this we stayed in a hotel and we had a far more enjoyable stay this time around. Everything was so easy to arrange, with great communication from Sharon and Steve from the outset. The apartment is in a great location, only a five to ten minute walk down to the marina. There is also a great supermarket situated right outside the apartment to the right, and centro plaza shopping centre a short walk around the corner to the left (Saturday market def worth a visit) There is no shortage of bars and restaurants to try... curry leaves & la sala are well worth a visit and only a five minute walk away. Everything was exactly as stated and meticulously clean when we arrived. The apartment had everything we could possibly need for a weeks stay and it really felt like a home away from home.. in fact I think the apartment was better kitted out than my own house! I definitely hope to visit again next year, one of the most relaxing holidays I have had to date, thanks Sharon and Steve.

Superb Apartment and Holiday

First impression of the apartment on arrival was, perfect. It had everything we needed and at a high quality and finish. Every room was spacious and comfortable and the terrace was very impressive, big enough for 6 loungers, table and 6 chairs! Location wise, it was in an excellent place. Harbour and beach, with all the bars and restaurants was about a 10 - 15 minute walk away, other bars and restaurants only 5 minutes walk away in the other direction and a big supermarket across the road. Use of the swimming pool across the road was also great. Liaising with Sharon and Steve both before the holiday and during was vey straight forward. It all made for a very enjoyable and very relaxing holiday, can highly recommend it and we'll definitely look at going back.

Great family apartment

We have been used to the relatively small holiday apartments and this place is huge compared with those. Although we were just 4 people the place could easily accommodate 6. The balcony is large with far-reaching views to the hills.

Important details like decent water pressure and plenty of hot water were well provided for. The aircon was a welcome blessing at the beginning of the holiday.

Within walking distance of many bars and restaurants and Banus itself.

Only negative was the road noise, for some reason 'people' like to drive powerful, noisy cars around the area in the middle of the night.

Fab Location

Just had the best summer after spending a lovely five weeks at this lovely penthouse, had an amazing time. The apartment is very spacious, with a very large constantly sunny terrace, lovely for that evening drink in the sunshine!! Very comfortable, especially the sofa…. Lots of storage and wardrobe space in all bedrooms, great air-conditioning, full kitchen and large fridge/freezer to fill with those cold drinks! The cleaners were fabulous, a real good job, lovely to come back in to find it sparkling clean. The pools are just across the road, as well as a fab supermarket, and China shop where you can get absolutely everything! Another big plus is the fab location of the apartment, a stroll round the corner to all the lovely restaurants at Aloha, a short stroll in the other direction takes you to Centro Plaza, and not much further (and its downhill) into Puerto Banus, where there is something for everyone. A great place for boys to car spot, kept my two entertained for hours. The boat trip from the port to Marbella port is a nice day out, have some lunch, stroll around Marbella, and catch the catamaran/boat back. There is loads to do in the area, we actually only booked for four weeks, and ended up extending as we were having such a good time, and felt very much at home.

Perfect

A perfect apartment with loads of room and great roof terrace with fab views , there is wifi which is great as my teenager never off it .

There is also a lovely pool opposite which you can use and great supermarket very cheap. Bars in walking distance bar six is fab wilsons bar in shop complex is good n cheap , lovely restaurants la sala, massala , pasta cafe , new asia all good , beautiful harbor lots to do a wk wasnt enough cant wait to go back .

Coast/Beach:

The Beach of Puerto Banus is a 15 min walk. Marbella is 5 min drive away.

Travel:

Malaga Airport is 45 mins drive away. Car hire is available, pre booking is advised to get the best deal. You can also arrange a minibus transfer online. there are also buses approx 7 Euro per person that pick up just outside Malaga Airport and take as far as Marbella, then its a short taxi ride from there to the Penthouse. Car hire is not essential for your stay.

Distances:

Nearest Town is Puerto Banus, 15 mins stroll. Marbella is only 5 min drive away.

Outside: The outside of the Penthouse has a spacious private balcony with six cushioned sunloungers for sunbathing also lovely table and chairs for outdoor dining. The pool area also provides sun loungers. One of the main pools is heated during winter months. The Penthouse benefits from a private garage, the garage number is sotano 2 53. Utility Room: Washing machine, airer and pegs, Ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedding/linen are provided and bath towels, ( pool towels are not provided ) everything will be ready for your arrival.
