A modern, stylish, contemporary apartment. The apartment is located in the most desirable area of the Port de Soller, within easy reach of the popular hotel Esplendido, in the area of Es Traves, only 35 minutes drive from Palma airport. The apartment has a sunny roof terrace and a separate balcony, all with amazing uninterrupted views over the natural harbour and the Mediterranean beyond. Large living area with open plan Kitchen. Master bedroom with newly refurbished bathroom en-suite. The Port is a 10 minute walk down the hill and offers a good selection of shops, local restaurants and bars. There are three sandy beaches a short walk down the hill. The old town of Soller is a short drive or tram ride up the valley. There is a good size infinity edge communal pool with breathtaking views and sunbathing decking and terraces.

We had an amazing time at the apartment. It's very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing time and the best views of the port and sea. We spent most of our days walking in the area and enjoyed coming back to eat our supper on the terrace watching the sun go down. Highly recommended.

A Gem

The apartment is situated above the Port De Soller bay with spectacular views, no need for tv, it's nicer to watch life on the waterfront.

Hiring a car makes trips to the supermercado easy and this is a beautiful part of Mallorca to explore.

Cycling here is superb either on or off road.

The apartment is very well appointed and comfortable. It has the warmth of family ownership that you don't find in any hotel. The pool is clean, cool and the views, incredible.

The owner couldn't have been more helpful in any way, from booking, through to directions for the short journey from Palma, and using the apartment as well as recommendations for activities and dining out in the area.

We'd love to go back there next year,

Beautiful apartment, stunning location

This apartment was well equipped, wonderfully presented and had everything you need for a break with your loved one. We loved that we could lie in bed and look out across Port de Soller from the juliette balcony window. We also loved drinking wine on the balcony, with the spectacular views and lazing on the sun terrace. Everything was wonderfully clean with all mod cons. We'll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Stunning apartment - even better than described!

Fabulous apartment high up on the hillside, well equipped in all ways with lovely home touches and everything you could need. Amazing views from the dual aspect bedroom and balcony. And then you get the rooftop terrace - quiet, discreet with views of the whole bay, why would you leave this paradise?

Situated in a quaint tourist port which remains full of character - various good restaurants whether you need a light tapas lunch or a full monty supper.

Would I go again? Most definitely but would love to stay longer.

A most enjoyable holiday

We had a wonderful week at this apartment. The property is extremely well appointed, very tastefully decorated and furnished and, of course, the views are stunning. We found Debbie, the owner very efficient and helpful and the information she provided on the apartment and the area was comprehensive and very handy. We took her advice and hired a car - a good decision. We only ate out on 2 or 3 nights and we were able to manage the climb up the hill ok. We just used the barbecue on the other nights.We would definitely consider returning.

Well equipped with a superb view of the bay.

Excellent holiday in Puerto Soller. The apartment is accurately described in the listing. Views from the balcony and pool are outstanding. Port has many excellent restaurants and facilities. Market in Soller is great if you want to cook seafood and enjoy a meal on the balcony. Walking from the town is a steep climb, but well worth it for the views of the bay. If you don't fancy the climb, car parking both outside the apartment and in the town is easy. Taxis are also available.

A truly remarkable location, the view from the balcony and terrace are breathtaking. It's a very steep climb from the town (a fact made very clear by the owner) but we usually walked down and got a taxi back. However, be warned, the town doesn't have many and although there are usually several available we were twice caught out at busy times. The property was clean and well maintained and when we couldn't find out how to turn the hot water on someone was at the door inside 10 minutes. Our only criticism is that some of the furnishings are in need of an update but this is a minor point. In town, we loved the Kingfisher: pleasant staff, super G&Ts and the food is well worth sampling too. This apartment was strongly recommended by a friend and we unhesitatingly concur.

Activity and Interests

Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

Port de Soller has 3 beaches in all. The nearest of the Port's beaches is less than a 5 minute drive down the hill or a 10 minute walk. There are also a number of coves (or Calas) along the coast each way towards Deia and Pollensa and small boats can be hired in the Port to explore these Calas.

Travel:

Palma Airport is approximately 35 minutes away. There are taxis available outside the airport and in Port de Soller for the return trip or alternatively you can hire a car. You will travel through the Soller tunnel to enter the Soller Valley for which you will have to pay a toll of approximately 5 euros each way.

Distances:

Nearest major town is Soller which is a 5 min drive or 20 minute tram ride. Other towns nearby are Deia, Valldemossa, Fornalutx or Biniaraix which are all very picturesque and are accessible by the local bus transportation, which also goes to Palma. Shopping facilities, including excellent supermarkets and restaurants in the Port are all within a 5 to 10 minute walk.

Further Details:

Walking and cycling in the Tramuntana Mountains is world famous. Tramuntana Tours in the Port, within walking distance of the apartment, will be able to assist with everything from guided tours to bike hire to maps.

Spa Treatments are available to non residents at the Jumeirah Hotel and Esplendido Hotel both of which are walking distance.

There is a large selection of restaurants in the Port. Deia is a 20 minute drive and has some excellent restaurants including one with a Michelin star and El Olivo at La Residencia Hotel. Another well renowned Michelin star restaurant, Bens Duvall, is a 10 minute drive.
