"Waterside" is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with stunning views from its large sun deck, an excellent spot for drinks or meals. Take in the view over the water in the four wicker armchairs and two sun loungers with deep comfortable cushions. Have breakfast in the morning sun on the deck or have meals outdoors at lunchtime or in the evening, using the 6 seater teak table and chairs, the deck attracts all day sun. Waterside is perfectly positioned in the centre of Salcombe, the sun deck is waterfront and is hardly overlooked so it feels quite private, yet the bakery is a few doors away, along with the butchers, fish mongers and Cranch's for general food provisions is opposite. The newsagents is a short walk away and restaurants and pubs are nearby..This apartment has been a much loved private holiday home, now managed by the owner in order to provide a holiday let to a very high standard with a personal touch. Bi folding doors open out onto the sun deck from the sitting room giving views across the Salcombe Estuary to East Portlemouth from the L shaped leather sofa and leather recliner chair. "Waterside" is accessed from Fore Street into its own entrance hall then up a wide carpeted staircase to the first floor. The accommodation leads off the central hall way including a master bedroom with en-suite & vaulted ceiling. A double bedroom & also a twin bedroom with single beds lead off the hallway along with a useful utility room.

The open plan kitchen/dining area is well lit by a large lantern roof with a glassed panel (picture window) giving views across the sitting room and deck to the Estuary view.

Delightful apartment in an idyllic position.

This apartment couldn't be in a better location. Directly off the pretty high street, overlooking the Estuary. Lovely, cosy, spacious apartment. Immaculately presented with all the facilities you could wish for . The owners were very welcoming and helpful on arrival and the Christmas tree was much appreciated by all! A definite recommendation for anyone wanting to explore Salcombe .

Lovely apartment

We stayed here for one week in May. The apartment was beautifully furnished and very clean. It was spacious and had fantastic views. The location was perfect very close to all the shops and restaurants. So glad we found this apartment and many thanks to Jackie and Jon.
