An old farmhouse dating back hundreds of years. Set in beautiful countryside with privacy. Large gardens with tree houses, rope swings, zip wires and swings. Plenty of parking. Easy access from main roads and close to beaches, towns and Estuary.

The apartment comprises of two bedrooms (one with a king sized bed, the other with a double bed and two single beds). There is an en suite bathroom to the main bedroom and another shower room independent of the bedrooms. The apartment has it's own private garden and is accessed by steps on the side of the farmhouse.

About the Owner

We have lived in Devon for 15 years and love it. We have been married for 19 years and lived in Kingsbridge before. We have 4 children (3 boys and a girl). We live a busy life and love being outside. Skiing is our great family passion and we try to visit our apartment in Les Contamines as much as possible.

Fallapit Barton is in the middle of the countryside yet close enough to the main road to be easy to get to. The towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes and Dartomouth are near. As is Salcombe.

Coast/Beach:

15 minutes drive to many beautiful child friendly beaches.

Travel:

Exeter airport - 40 minutes

Bristol Airport - 1 hour 15 mins

Distances:

The nearest village of East Allington, where there is a local pub, is a 10 minutes walk, or 3 minutes in the car. Kingsbridge is the nearest town and is 8 minutes drive away. Beaches are 10 - 15 minutes.

Further Details:

The towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Dartmouth and Salcombe are all within a 15 minute car journey. Estuary boat trips in Kingsbridge and two large supermarkets. Local takeaway delivery to Fallapit Barton. Local pub which welcomes children.
