Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment in a modern luxury complex in Olhos d’Agua on the sunny Algarve. Superbly finished, boasting top of the range fittings and facilities including free Wi-Fi. A fully fitted kitchen, one master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower). A spacious second bedroom with 2 singles, a fold up bed and a large cot. A second bathroom with shower and additional toilet. The lounge and master bedroom both have private balconies, sun loungers and views of the sea and countryside (great for Sun Downers!). Guests have full use of the communal and kids pools and flood-lit tennis court, all surrounded by excellently landscaped gardens. The complex is secured with locking gates, CCTV and guests will benefit from secure underground parking with lift access to the apartment (ideal for getting the buggy out!). The beach is only 8 mins walk away. The resort is spoilt by an excellent choice of cafes and restaurants. Only 25 mins drive from Faro, 10 minutes from Albufeira.

About the Owner

We bought the apartment in 2008 and have spent the last 6 years holidaying in the apartment. We have children who are 8 and 11 years old and we are really conscious of child safety and knowing how to ensure children enjoy themselves (and therefore allow parents to relax!) We spent a long time travelling around the Algarve before we settled on the village of Olhos D'Agua. It really is a beautiful village. Most of the rentals are families but also we have our fair share of couples, friends and retirees, with many return customers. A true testimony to the quality the apartment and resort offers.

Really Lovely

This property is very clean and tidy. The furnishings are of good quality.

Kitchen has everything you could need. Two good size balconies to sit with early morning coffee or pre dinner drink. Bedrooms very comfortable with fans and air con if needed. The building is very secure and safe.

Pool area again clean and tidy. Would return ! ****

The apartment is very clean and exactly how it is described in the description. Nice quiet area with lots of facilities nearby. The owner was very helpful and friendly and can easily be contactable if necessary. A great apartment all in all.

Very good apartment

Good spacious apartment with 2 balcony's close to beach 10 min walk away, shops close by and lots of restaurants and bars. I have no criticism of the apartment couldn't fault it my only criticism would be the pool area, people placing towels on beds and disappearing for 4 hours which was very annoying. Would stay here again and would recommend to others

Lovely location

Lovely clean and spacious apartment perfect for a family or get together with friend's with a nice pool area that is very clean and well maintained. Apartment in a perfect location for restaurants and bars and a lovely beach owner very helpful will be back next year for another visit..

Excellent Holiday

The apartment is well maintained and well located with the complex private and secure . There are a number of well priced restaurants within a short walk from the apartment. The beach is a little further with more restaurants which cater for every palate . Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the apartment.

Fantastic location and apartment.

Having travelled with our 4 1/2 year old on our first holiday abroad, we were delighted when we arrived at this immaculate and perfectly located apartment. Beautiful and inexpensive restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beautiful beach with yet more restaurants. Supermarket on our doorstep. Albufeira and villamoura were a short and inexpensive taxi ride away. What a great find, we will most definitely be back. Pools great also.

Restaurants are fantastic Beaches are beautiful and provide an excellent opportunity to dine al fresco whilst enjoying breath taking views. The Portuguese people are second to none when it comes to family friendly atmospheres and nothing is too much when it comes down to customer service.

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary


You are spoilt for an excellent choice of beaches, all within a short walk. The nearest is Olhos d’Agua which is a 5 minute walk. A few more minutes walk takes you to the beautiful beaches of Falesia and Maria Luisa. All have excellent restaurants and cafes which are ideal for watching the sunset whilst enjoying some of the best dining in the Algarve.


A huge choice of airlines offering really competitive flight choices to Faro Airport. The complex is a short 30 min drive from Faro airport. Car hire is inexpensive but not required as most amenities are within walking distance of the property.

Airport transfer details can be provided upon request.


Olhos D’Agua is located approx 10 minute drive from Albufeira and 20 minute drive from Vilamoura Golf Resort.

Zoomarine (marine park) – 20 minute drive

Algarve Shopping (including 10 pin bowling and cinema complex) - 20 minute drive away

Aqua Land and Slide & Splash water parks - within 30 minutes drive

Almancil Go Karting - A 760m race track that is designed to replicate the Brazilian Circuit of Jacarepagua - within 30 minute drive

Further Details:

A well stocked supermarket is less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment. A taxi rank, bus stop, pharmacy, bakery and ATM are also approx 150 yards away.

Algarve Shopping Mall – over 100 fashion and lifestyle shops and huge food court.

A 25% (of total cost) non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The outstanding balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival date. A breakage deposit of £150.00 is also payable at this time to be returned to our guests after departure subject to apartment inspection.

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover day. Access to the apartment is from 3pm on the day of arrival and it must be vacated by 11am upon departure. However we will accommodate variations to this schedule where possible.

Wi-Fi, Travel cot, bed guard and high-chair available free of charge. No smoking in the apartment. Unfortunately pets are not permitted. Outside: The complex is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and offers our guests a relaxing sun terrace with sun loungers, 2 shared pools (1 children’s pool) and toilets.
