Spacious high quality apartment ,great location for beach,restaurants etc

The apartment is spacious and easily accommodates 6 adults. It has been recently furnished and equipped to a very high standard. Ideally located it is just a few minutes stroll from the gorgeous beach (12 mins) the sophisticated and lively marina (10 mins) the old & new town (15 mins). Numerous lovely restaurants to choose from to suit all budgets and tastes. The nearest supermarket is only 3 mins walk away. There is a gated and secure pool area with a children’s pool which overlooks the mature gardens. Beach towels are supplied together with generous sized cool boxes and lightweight beach chairs & 2 umbrellas.

Why Paul Nixon chose West Costa del Sol

I love the fact that the property is an easy drive along the motorway and whilst it has a holiday feel it still feels like a proper Spanish town with a real heart with a working fishing port and local businesses.The town has avoided being turned into a little Britain with English bars bars and cafes offering roast dinners etc. The town is large enough to give you all you want with a varied range of shops , restaurants and bars but not so large it feels impersonal and it has one of the longest and best beaches in the area..

Great apartment, very central for old town and marina. If you have a car there are plenty of options to visit other areas very easily, a day trip to Gibraltar is a must, get the cable car to the top of the rock and see the monkeys,however if you don't have a car Barbarella and Puerto Banus can be visited by the local bus service very easily. Modern interior, fantastic beds. On first floor though you have no one above or below you so no noise from neighbours. Mr R.

Notes on accommodation: The property is on the first floor but is serviced by a lift.It also has video entry system,is suitable for families and adults and comfortably sleeps six. It has been furnished to a very high standard and has an inviting spacious airy feel.The bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and the living and Dining areas are very comfortable.The property has every amenity for you to enjoy your stay. You can sit on the balcony sipping a glass of wine or chill out listening to music on the sound dock or lounge on the large comfortable settee & watch a DVD on television.The kitchen is fully equipped to cook up a meal if you want to have a leisurely night in after sunbathing around the pool or on the beach. Because of its position you can stroll to the local tapas bar or visit the old town or marina for a great night out. Whatever you do you will always look forward to sinking into the supremely comfortable beds and for extra comfort be cooled in an air conditioned environment. Outside: Shared outdoor pool with terraced area & children’s pool. Not heated. The pool is a decent size but exact measurements not known. The balcony has 4 comfortable rattan chairs and low stool/table. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property will have been professionally cleaned.All beds will be made and fresh Bath & beach towels supplied.This is charged a €80 payable locally. Mid stay linen & towel change can also be arranged for an additional €45 but there is a washing machine. Other: The balcony leads off the lounge and has 4 very comfortable rattan chairs with cushions and a cushioned low seat/footstool. There is a spacious hallway connecting all rooms.

Great position and very high standard

We chose this apartment for its location and facilities and both were excellent.

Situated a 5 minute walk to the Marina and beaches in one direction and a similar walk to Estepona town in the other direction it's position couldn't be much better.

In addition Aldi, Mercadona and Carefour supermarkets are all between 2 and 5 mins walk away.

The apartment itself is furnished to a high standard and appears very new with modern sofas, superbly comfortable beds and great kitchen.

Situated on the first floor you can use the stairs with no need for the lift so all in all a great place. Paul the owner is very helpful and communication was excellent so If you are looking for a convenient spacious and well equipped base close to all amenities it will be hard to beat this.

Just spent 4 relaxing days with my mum and sister in Paul's fabulous apartment in estepona. The apartment has everything you need and is immaculate. The bedrooms are lovely and beds very comfortable. Within walking distance to the marina( which has lovely restaurants) and the old town. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning.

Great locatation

Fresh apartment great located in Estepona with walking distance to the very pittoresc old town and also the beach. Estepona is much nicer compared to other villages south of Malaga and is strategic located for excursions to Gibraltar, Ronda etc.

Amazing apartment and stay

We have just returned from a fabulous week at this lovely apartment. We were extremely impressed by the immaculate and modern interior, the location in Estepona and the facilities, especially the pool which we loved! We spent every day by the pool as it was a lovely size, had a nice atmosphere (not too crowded) and was a good temperature.

We are a group of girls so the location was perfect in terms of the amount of nice restaurants, cocktail bars and shops all within walking distance. It was extremely handy having a Lidl supermarket a 3-minute walk away and various beaches also within walking distance.

The apartment was extremely clean and well-maintained. The owner was very quick and friendly to help with any queries. I would recommend this apartment for families or friends, be them old or young! I will definitely be staying at this apartment again and am already planning my next holiday there! Thank you Paul for this wonderful stay.

Fantastic stylish comfortable in a stunning area

Immaculate apartment with everything you could need for a great holiday. The beds are extremely comfortable. There is a walk to the main town with an array of bars and restaurants but it's lovely to explore all the cobbled streets and fountains etc on the way.

Would love to return in the near future. The owner is very helpful and responds to any query quickly.

Bar candela only 50 metres away is very welcoming. Prices in the whole area are extremely reasonable.

Car: not necessary


Many of Esteponas beaches have been given Blue flag status. Most have good facilities including showers, children facilities and beach bars & restaurants. The main and longest beach is La Rada which is only 600 meters away but if you are feeling less energetic you can drive and park in a cool underground car park right by the beach. There is also El Cristo beach which is only a 18 min walk away.,or you can drive and park for free.It has an excellent beach with 2 beach bars.try the Havana beach bar great food.The beach is in a sheltered cove with calm waters so it is particularly good for young families.


The nearest airport is Gibralter 45 km, but whilst Malaga is 80km it only takes around 15 mins more to drive as the motorway is so good and takes around 45 mins door to door. In the high season there is a frequent and direct coach service from Malaga to Estepona. You do not need a car as everything is in close proximity but for convenience and if you are travelling in mid or low season when there is no direct coach service to the airport a car is recommended.


Puerta Banus 22km, Marbella 33 km, Gibralter 46 km, Ronda 65km, Granada 209 km Seville 225 km. Beach 950m, Old town 1km, Marina 800m

As Estepona is a port you can sample great fresh fish, there are many restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets from the marina with its international cuisine, with a particularly great Thai restaurant, the Italian with its terrace overlooking the marina and the curry restaurant serving all the old favourites. Or go into Estepona old town and sample local cuisine at great prices. For ice cream lovers try the Italian Ice cream cafe with a fantastic array of ice cream desserts.
