Stylishly refurbished this chalet is centrally located with mountain views. Spacious and light on 3 floors with 6 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen / dining / living area. There is also a chill out / games room offering various entertainment for all ages. Underfloor heating in central areas, funky wood burner, nespresso coffee machine, Wifi, boot warmer, sauna, hot tub, south facing garden and private parking.

About Alexandra James

A ski obsession led to much time being spent wondering where to go at every opportunity for a quick fix. A family holiday in Les Gets resulting in a week spent not skiing due to poorly kids led to a chance encounter of Morzine - and we haven't looked back. Close to Geneva with so much skiing available for the whole family. For the not so 'winter sport mad' members of our family the summers are almost better with what the Porte du Soleil has to offer..

Why Alexandra James chose Morzine

chalet prüger is more of a home with a soul than just a chalet rental for a week. We love the central location and the decent size flat garden with unobscured mountain views. We liked the original decor less so and decided to give it a huge facelift. A lot of pain, sweat and tears together with loads of fun and possibly too many decisions went in to completely redesigning and restyling the chalet.

Annoyingly we don't get to Morzine to enjoy it all nearly enough which is a huge shame as it is just such a fantastic spot!

What an amazing chalet - central yet secluded - a real rarity in Morzine! We loved the setting, the cool open accommodation, underfloor heating and the fact that the kids had their own sitting room! It was perfect to be honest and I mean that very sincerely. We particularly loved looking through the renovation book as we would love to do something like that ourselves one day! The chalet is as gorgeous and spacious as it looks in the photographs and the location was perfect for us - on the quiet side of town (really nice to wake up to the sound of the river) but walking distance to town and getting the bus to the lifts was very easy, even in ski boots. My two-year-old niece was in love with all the toys and games and it was well equipped with everything we needed (and everything we didn't need but wanted - dressing gowns, slippers, heated boot warmers, recipe books etc). The hot-tub was a highlight as well (oh if only we could have taken that back with us). Sarah D

We had a great week in Morzine and we all absolutely loved the chalet. If we return to Morzine next year we would definitely look to stay there again. The chalet is done out beautifully and none of us wanted to leave but we didn't know the squatters laws in France! Louise B

I have been meaning to write for a while to thank you for enabling us to stay at Chalet Pruger. We had a wonderful time made even better by our time in the chalet – and garden! It was so warm and sunny we spent lots of time outside – nonetheless the snow was ok in Avoriaz. Gemma was a great contact to have on hand. Notes on accommodation: On arrival you will be met at the chalet and given a walk around. All beds will be made, toiletries provided for the duration of your stay and end of week cleaning is included. Should you require any assistance during your stay, our chalet manager will be on hand. Discounts are available for ski equipment and transfers to resort. Passes can be pre-ordered and delivered to the chalet for your arrival. Babysitting can be arranged. Restaurant recommendations given. Ski school advice provided. Outside: Large private south facing garden. Wooden decking with dining table, comfortable chairs and parasol. BBQ. Eco Hot tub. Private parking for several cars. Utility Room: Large butlers sink, use of washing machine, tumble dryer. Hoover, ironing board, iron. Additional fridge space. Boot warmer and ski racks are also located here. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Luxurious bedlinen and towels, bath mats included End of week cleaning is also included Bathrobes, slippers and toiletries are available for guests use during the week. Geneva Airport is the nearest and is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Shared or private transfers can be arranged easily.


There are many places to visit and experience whilst in the Haute Savoie area - Samoens, Chatel, Evian are all very close by and easily accessible by car.

Further Details:

Almost all amenities are provided in the resort. There are a number of banks and ATM's as well as a Post Office and Tourist Office. Supermarkets and restaurants are in abundance with plenty of coffee shops and bars.

The new Medical Centre is located close to the chalet. It offers x ray facilities as well as physiotherapy and osteopathy.

Fees No additional mandatory fees

For your information the price is fully inclusive of TVA however the Portes de Soleil imposes a tourist tax. This is 0.75 cents per person per night for those over the age of 16. This will be payable on arrival.

The 25% deposit to secure your booking is non refundable.

On arrival at the chalet you will be requested to provide your credit card information to act as a security deposit.

Booking Notes:
Rental is for the entire property on a weekly basis.

Changeover Day:
Weekly rental runs from Saturday to Saturday.
Check in is from 4pm and checkout is at 10am.
