Beautiful chalet
The chalet is conveniently located not far from the centre of Morzine, at the end of a quiet lane. The open plan space worked perfectly for our party of 10 with a fabulous open plan space offering plenty of space in the kitchen and around the large dining table. The chalet really is beautifully renovated, everything from the bathrooms to the bed linen is of high quality. The Supermarket and local restaurants are a short 5 minute walk away with the ski lifts around a 10 minute walk. Both the owner and chalet Manager were extremely helpful and informative, nothing was too much trouble. We absolutely loved our time spent in chalet Pruger and would definitely return again. Thank you.

Fabulous chalet in a wonderful location
We visited Morzine as a group of three families with children and thought the chalet was fantastic. The cleanliness and attention to detail were both excellent. We used the recommendations on the website for places to eat and were not disappointed. We also ate in the chalet and found it well-stocked with equipment so that cooking for 12 was easy. The hot tub was lovely to relax aching muscles and we loved the chalet’s position—close to the bus route but also a very easy walk to the town centre. Communication was fabulous and Tom was exceptionally helpful. Can’t wait to book again!

Beautiful chalet for a family stay
We had a wonderful week at Chalet Pruger. Due a flight delay we arrived in Morzine after the local shops had closed but luckily the chalet manager had been in contact and advised us to stop en route for supplies. The chalet was very clean and stylish and the kitchen very well equipped with everything you need for a week self catering. The hot tub was a great bonus after a day skiing! The only down side we found was the walk into the centre being a little too far for our 4 year old (15 mins ish at child pace) but we worked round this and it didn’t affect our enjoyment. Due to poor snow we had to ski in Avoriaz all week. We found the bus system very regular. Morzine itself is a great town, lots of shops, restaurants etc

About the host

A ski obsession and a family holiday in Les Gets (resulting in a torturous week spent not skiing due to poorly kids) led to a chance encounter of Morzine - and we haven't looked back. Close to Geneva with so much skiing available catering for all levels of ability and interest. For the not so 'winter sport mad' members of our family the summers are on a par given what the Porte du Soleil has to offer..

Why they chose this property

chalet prüger is more of a 'home with a soul' than just a chalet rental for a week. We love the central location and the decent size flat garden with unobscured mountain views. We liked the original decor less so and decided to give it a huge facelift. A lot of pain, sweat and tears together with loads of fun and possibly too many decisions went in to completely redesigning and restyling the chalet.

The down side? We don't get to Morzine to enjoy it all nearly enough!

What makes this property unique

Central location with privacy and peace
Fabulous garden
Fantastic views - especially from the hot tub
Private road with parking
