The apartment is located a pleasant 10 minute stroll from the beautiful golden sands of Meia Praia beach. From the waterfront you can enjoy many day trips and activities including dolphin safaris, diving, para gliding and boat trips to the grottos. Algarve Estate Management will be happy to arrange these on your behalf, should you wish.

Travel:

The complex is located 77km from Faro airport and is served by an excellent motorway. Journey time is approximately 45 minutes. For parties larger than four people, alternative travel arrangements can be made easily. Please ask for details when making a booking.

Distances:

The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of the bus and train station where transport can be found to all of the many attractions of the Algarve, including the water parks, Zoo Marine, Zoo, Algarve shopping centre, Cape de St. Vincent, shops, supermarket, bars. Restaurants and the waterfront are 5 mins walk away, the old town centre is 15 mins walk along the waterfront and golf courses are approx 10 mins drive. All of these attractions can be booked through our representatives.

Further Details:

The Marina is within a short walking distance of Lagos town, railway station & beach. There are numerous cosmopolitan cafes, bars and restaurants in the Marina, together with cash machines and telephones. It is a gentle 10 minute scenic stroll across the river and footbridge to the bustling town of Lagos so car hire is not necessary.

A unique feature of this apartment is the underground private car parking space with electric gates. This apartment offers accommodation rarely found at this price level. Representatives from Algarve Estate Management will greet you on your arrival and are contactable throughout your stay should you require any assistance. Inside the apartment you will find a welcome folder and other useful information. Please feel free to add your own tips and recommendations. For your peace of mind, video entry phone, smoke alarm, fire blanket, fire extinguisher, front door viewer. Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged please ask Algarve Estate Management for details. Outside: The lounge opens onto a large balcony which overlooks the beautiful Marina de Lagos.. There is a dining table 4 chairs for al fresco dining. There is a large pool and a children’s pool with free access. By the pool, sun loungers + table/chairs are provided free of charge. Beside the apartment there is a children’s play area with swings, slide etc. and bumper cars and boats. This area is overlooked by the apartment.
