Hello, I am a live-aboard yachtsman - much more of the live-aboard than the yachtsman these days - and have lived in Corralejo for about the last four years. We spent a week at Chris's apartment in October 2012. The apartment itself has been recently refurbished to a good standard and was well equipped. The pool was just great and had also been relined recently.
The residents on this gated complex are very friendly and it was all nods and "Hola's" after a couple of days. All in all we spent a very relaxing week here. (Martin & Pat Flynn)
Myself and partner stayed in this Apartment in June 2012 and had a fabulous holiday. The location was ideal for us – quiet in the complex and a short walk to the beaches, bars, shops and restaurants. Lovely apartment, based in a residential complex. Chris the owner, was extremely helpful and accommodating. Apartment furnished to a high standard, spotlessly clean, and had everything you need for a holiday. Great wifi connection, and satellite tv, which included sky sports to my husbands delight! Pool area sparkling and bearing in mind we were there peak season, had it to ourselves the majority of the time. Neighbours were lovely, and we enjoyed talking to them on a daily basis. Walking distance to shops, beach and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend. Thanks for the beer in fridge and wine for when we arrived!! 😀
A Quiet Retreat
Everything we read about the property was true. Very easy to find your way around, no need for a car you can walk everywhere. If you do a supermarket shop you can easily get a taxi back for approx. 3 euros. Chris the owner looked after us very well.

This is a lovely apartment with lots of extras; finished to a high standard. A lovely touch is a cool beer in fridge and a bottle of wine. It's near the Campanario and a lovely beach wall to Coralejo town. Although we usually stop off along the way. The apartment has a big fridge freezer; a halogen hob and a great oven. One of the nice things is the fact that all the bits and bobs are good quality. The hairdryer is salon quality for example. We've stayed here three years on the trot; and recommend it to everyone
Can highly recommend the place to couples who want a quiet, relaxing break.
The apartment was well equipped, cool and comfortable on a friendly residential complex. We hired a car, though it is easy enough to walk or catch a bus to explore the island.
Chris ( the owner) was really kind, considerate & honest - he went out of his way to help us out if/when needed.. he was always at the end of the phone.
Nice apartment and location
The apartment is very clean, conf bed, you can find all you need(iron, board, washing machine, tv, internet wifi). Walking distance to center of the city(10 min). Nice and clean pool; friendly neighbors. You will get all the info and help from the owner (directions, etc) Recomandable for all ages.
I just wanted to mention that me and my partner had the best time staying at this apartment. It was very clean, and everything was in perfect working condition! Loved the fact that it was very spacious, nice spacious wardrobes, comfy bed, the living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach:) not to mention the kitchen facilities which makes you feel right at home as it has everything you would need. The neighbours are really friendly, overall the best holiday experience we have had until now. We would be more than happy to return again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a bit of freedom in the place they are staying on holiday. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience.

“I bought a property in Corralejo because I love the area, I bought THIS one because it has a sort of unique location. It is not on an enormous tourist complex and further benefits from having no neighbour above nor to one side making it a quiet place to live whilst still being close enough to Corralejo to enjoy it's err amenities!Having bought the property I re-plumbed it , changed some electrics, put in a proper shower and spent a lot of money in Ikea leaving it as though I was going to live there myself.”
Activity and Interests
The coast and nearest beaches are no more than 10 minutes walk away and following the coast north leads to Corralejo and more of the sandy beaches and coves for which Corralejo is known. There is the full gamut of water based activities in this popular beach resort, surfing, snorkelling, sailing, wind-surfing, kite-surfing, kayaks, paddle boarding, fly boarding, scuba, jet-ski's, etc.
The National Park and its beautiful coast-line and sand-dunes starts just over the road!
Within 10 minutes walk there are beaches, bars, supermarkets, tennis courts, and a squash court. The attractions right in the heart of Corralejo are a comfortable 20 mins walk away.
The nearest airport (Fuerteventura) is about 40 mins drive away. A hire car is always a good option for checking out the island but transfers to and from the apartment can be arranged if necessary.
Corralejo is a popular resort and contains most of the services you would expect; bars, banks, restaurants, shops, garages, live music. A booming tourist industry has provoked the development of many sports and ancillary services, tennis and squash courts, a water park (Baku) is about 15 mins walk, and both there and at the nearby Campanario Shopping Centre (10 mins walk) there are twice weekly markets.
The Campanario Shopping Centre is colourful and popular with about 30 shops a couple of bars and a good supermarket.

There is a full length mirror and a modern and spacious full height wardrobe with plenty of shelves and hanging space. The bedroom has an adjustable fan. A large window looks onto the terrace.

- Outside: Quiet and peaceful the complex has a large, clean, fresh water swimming pool with plenty of sun-loungers and well kept gardens and walkways throughout. There is no on-site supermarket, cafe, bar, or shops. No quiz nite or karaoke either. The complex is secure with a coded gate at each entrance and cctv once inside. The terrace to the front of the apartment has an attractive dining table and 4 wooden chairs and some lower seats and tables which can combine to make sun-loungers or a lounge, and also attracts the late afternoon sunshine for your sundowners. There is ample on-street parking. Utility Room: Included with the apartment are dedicated wi-fi (i.e. through the apartments' private router), an iron & ironing board, clothes dryer, and a toaster & kettle. If you need anything else ask me before you arrive & I'll do what I can! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The apartment will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival and bath towels, beach towels, hand towels and bed linen are all included. There are T-towels too. Additional cleaning can be arranged if you'd like it.
