3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with sea views

Villa was completely refurbished in 2011 with new bathrooms, kitchen and terraces. Sea views from master bedroom and sun terrace. There is also a dining terrace outside the front door overlooking the communual gardens. Insulated walls and ceilings and double glazed windows with insect screens on all windows. One of the few villas which has underfloor heating throughout so ideal for winter lets. Parking area is adjacent to the back entrance to the villa. One complimentary parking permit is issued during the busy summer months. This is a very light and brightly furnished villa.

Activity and Interests

Car: recommended


A 5 min walk to Vale do Lobo beaches, bars, resort pool, mini golf and restaurants. Other beach restaurants are walkable both to the east and west along the beach.


Nearest airport is Faro which is a 20 min drive.


Almancil is the nearest town with 2 pharmacies, large supermarkets, bakeries etc. It is a 10 min drive away.

Further Details:

Superb restaurants within walking distance and 15 min drive. Local Wednesday market within a 10 min drive. There are 3 cash dispensers in Vale do Lobo and one bank. There is a supermarket at the entrance to Vale do Lobo and various shops at the golf club and sea front. A medical centre is also located at the entrance to Vale do Lobo. There is also a Health Spa in Vale do Lobo and a hairdresser and beautician at the Hotel which is a 5min walk away.

Book directly with owner. Payment may be made direct to owner's bank account or through Pay Pal. Provisional bookings can be held for 48hrs whilst travel arrangements are sorted out. 15% of full Villa rental payment must be paid to confirm reservation. The remaining 85% is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. No bookings can be taken from persons of 25 and under. A refundable damage deposit is payable.

Changeover Day:
No preference. We will try and accommodate where possible.

Notes on prices:
Short stays for bank holiday weekends and long duration winter lets can be negotiated.

  • Description of sleeping capacity: Sleeps 6 (3 Bedrooms) Notes on bedrooms: Bedroom 1. King sized bed. Bedroom 2. 2 Single beds. Bedroom 3. 2 Single beds. All bedrooms have built in cupboards and drawer units.


  • Notes on accommodation: The single beds in bedroom 2 & 3 can be made up in to King sized double beds. All mattresses are new and good quality. Pure cotton sheets and 2 pillows per person are provided for. There are 2 overhead reading lamps in each bedroom and standing fans. There is no air conditioning but there is normally a cool breeze off the sea and shutters can be closed at night with windows left open with the fly screens closed. For winter there is underfloor heating throughout. Outside: The large resort swimming pool is a few minutes walk from the villa. This also has a children's pool. A day or week's membership can be purchased at the entrance to this pool. There are two tennis centres within the resort. Utility Room: Bosch washing machine. Washing line in courtyard as well as clothes airer. Beach chairs and umbrellas. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service twice a week for 2 hours. All bed linen, towels as well as beach towels are provided. Linen changed once a week or once in a 10 day let. Other: Top terrace with sun loungers, dining table and chairs and stunning sea views. Also balcony outside bedroom 1. Portable barbecue in courtyard can be wheeled out to garden terrace.
