2014 Renovated villa in Pla del Mar, Moraira, Costa Blanca North, Spain - Quiet Location Within Walking Distance To All Amenities! renov. in 2014, with WIFI, A/CO

Renovated (January-May 2014). The ground floor is comprised of: Living-dining-room (with leather sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, T.V with satellite, DVD, dining table with 6 chairs and glass cabinet). Separate kitchen (refurbished in May 2008, fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), large covered terrace 'naya' -with its original hand made tiles- overlooking the pool and the sea, with sitting area on one side (three piece suite & coffee table) and dining area on the other side (dining table & 8 chairs) with access to the kitchen, 3 double bedrooms (master bedroom with a double bed & en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds, and third bedroom with twin beds and sofa-bed), 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). 4th twin bedroom and 1 shower-room is in underbuild (only to be used in the summer -by request- at extra cost). Central heating.

Julián and Marisa (brother and sister) are well known people in Moraira as they have a real estate business since 1988. During this time they have sold many properties to customers, now friends of different nationalities.

Although the main business is sales and advice on all aspects of the property, a few years ago decided to invest in the purchase of properties in good locations in Moraira, and now that the sales have decreased combine the sales with the rental of their own properties.

Outside: The plot has an area of 700 sq. m. approx. The pool is 7m. x 4m. Sunbathing terrace around the pool with 6 sun loungers plus another terrace with barbecue. There is also a gas portable barbecue. Carport. The upmarket Urbanization benefits of street lighting, well looked after streets, and also a tennis court in the urbanization (only a couple streets from the villa). Sorry, but pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed in outside terraces. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The prices are for the villa per week and include bed linen, towels and final cleaning.

Perfect location

We've stayed on the Pla del Mar urbanisation on 3 occasions and La Brisa is was the perfect location. Ideally situated for walk into Moraira or El Portet. Villa is as described in reviews and website. A/C is in two of the three bedrooms (third bedroom has a big fan but it can get hot in a heat wave) We would stay here again. Contact with owner was excellent. Overall ☺ excellent

Excellent villa in a beautiful location

La Brisa is a lovely villa in an excellent location in Moraira.

Air-conditioning in 2 of the bedrooms made sleep comfortable. The pool was lovely and we used it every day.

The only reason for not awarding 5 stars was the lack of a welcome pack, nothing provided, so an immediate trip to a supermarket was required. Only 1 dish washer tablet for instance meant a box had to be purchased, then in our case left behind as we only used cabin bags for our flights. Only 6 mugs also seemed a little restricted.

We had an issue with the WiFi which was promptly resolved.

Moraira has a wide range of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets. All within walking distance.

I would still highly recommend La Brisa , it is lovely and I would stay there again.

Excellent property in a great location

The property was excellent, very well equipped. It was modernly furnished with good sized rooms. The extensive naya had good views of the pool and surrounding areas. The pool was perfect with Roman steps that made it easy for the children to get in and out. The location of the villas was great. It was up a small hill but this manageable. It was a short walk into to town with shops restaurants and the marina. Also a short walk to the beach although there was car parking is needed. All in all a excellent villa. The owners provided us with good information and even let us go in early as the cleaners had already finished! The only negative was the lack of air conditioning(which we knew when we booked) however in a heat wave despite the good supply of fans the nights were hot.

Lovely modern villa in a perfect holiday location

We had a lovely week at this villa. The location is excellent, only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Moraira (albeit a steep hill) and so we could walk to restaurants, the harbour, icecream parlours, shops etc.. very easily. It was also an acceptable driving distance from Alicante airport (about an hour), other nearby towns such as El Portet, Calp etc.. and lots of amenities close by as well.

The villa itself was very clean and we very impressed with the modern bedrooms and bathrooms. All a very good size and so was the living room. The kitchen is a bit small but as we ate out most nights, only using it for breakfasts and lunches, it was acceptable. A new kettle is needed but everything else worked fine. There are lots of sunbeds and furniture to use outside and we really appreciated this.

Whilst we were there we couldn't get the Wifi to work, but after an email to the owner this was soon fixed and it worked fine for the rest of the week. Very good service.

I would recommend this villa and Moraira to friends and family as we had a very lovely holiday here. Moraira is a lovely town, not too built up but still lots to do and see there. The views are amazing.

Nice! Villa La Brisa

Communication with the owner was very good and everything worked smoothly.

Villa itself was in good condition and was very clean.

Location of the villa is superb and it's cosy and has good facilities and parking. Villa has no aircon, but the inside temperature was still ok.

Our stay in La Brisa was very enjoyable and I am happy to recommend it for everyone.

Just Great!

A very happy week was spent here. From initial enquiry, booking, through to arrival information and responding to my (several) questions prior to arrival, Marisa was nothing but courteous and helpful. The house is tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean and an easy 5-10 minutes walk from the heart of beautiful Moraira. Was in a very peaceful location with a fairly private pool area considering you are in the middle of an estate. Only improvement I would suggest is Wi-Fi! I'd happily recommend and do hope to return.
