I live in Madliena, Malta with my wife Veronica, our lovely family and our 11 year old pet German Shephard, Max.

I work in the rental industry and own other letting properties around Malta for let. This is what leads me to make them all designed at the very best and then to rent them out.

I also love doing this kind of work that leads me to meet different people with different ideas.

I also take the advantage to enjoy the open sea and the summer months, hence this lovely Penthouse is close the Mediterranean sea, and in winter I'd love enjoying the beautiful sea and country views while relaxing at the terrace.

Our first guests were a French family of five lives in Paris. They told us that they really enjoy their stay at our penthouse. They used the public transport where they had a great time. They told us that they DID used the Hop-On / Hop-Off buses. They visited the Malta's interesting places such as the UNESCO Heritage City of Mdina and the UNESCO Capital City Valletta. They went also, using the buses to Gozo and visited the Blue Lagoon in Comino Island. We were very glad to have them as guests. They were nice couple with their three teenage beautiful young girls. Again, it was really a great pleasure to have them as guests in our penthouse.

We've spent at this place two beautiful weeks. The apartment itself is of a very good quality. Raymond is a very good guy. If it was something wrong in the apartment, I was jus calling him and he was very helpful.

Balcony view is just amazing! Seating at night with a glass of wine and having this nice see view!! And the location in Xemxija is really convenient. I think its one of the best location on the island. Because its a 5-10 min drive to all best sandy beaches. And very close to ferry if you going to Gozo or to the Comino and Blue Lagoon. And only 30 min drive from airport. So from my point of view its one of the best places on the island thanks to the location, good apartment and friendly owner.

Location

We have bought and invested in the Penthouse about 7 years ago and we can say that we are very much satisfied with the investment we had done. The hole block consist of eight apartments and including the common areas, and are all well kept in inpeccable state by the Owners Conduminium Association of the same block. The public parking by the Penthouse is available at all times and the views around are magnificently beautiful.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Malta International Airport at 23 Kilometres

Coast/Beach:

The beach is about five to ten minutes walk.

Xemxija Bay is a nice true gem when it comes to the beauty and the unspoilt Mediterranean Sea. It is also few minutes drive away to the ferry where you can cross over to Gozo ( Malta's sister island ) or to the Blue Lagoon in Comino where you will spend the hole day.

Travel:

For best and true adventure, car hire is always recommended in Malta. It is easy to get around and explore the Maltese Islands.

Xemxija, St. Paul’s Bay is not more than 30 - 45 minutes drive from the Malta International Airport. Taxis are also available. Public transport and taxis are convenient and easy.

Distances:

Xemxija, St. Paul’s Bay is quite place and not far away from anywhere nearby. Other places of interest may be reached via the panoramic coast roads or head inland through the unspoilt old villages.

Further Details:

The penthouse is also very close to the Malta’s main beaches, like Golden Bay sandy beach and Mellieha Ghadira sandy Bay. It is also 10 minutes walk away to restaurants and 15 minutes drive to where all the night life is happening. A huge choice of restaurants and bars. So one may choose to lead the tranquil lifestyle or do for the more up-tempo night life.

Notes on prices:
Prices are up to 4 persons sharing water/electricity and gas.
Please note that the 5th person and the 6th person sharing will pay €30 each per night extra. The 7th person sleep on the sofa, will be free of charge.
Children under 6 of age are free of charge.
The Lesee will be entitled for €30 bonus for the Energy bills per every 7 nights. If in any case the consumption will be more than €30, then the Lesse will have to pay the difference of the amount.
There is a charge of €30 for Late Check-In - After 20.00.hrs

30% Deposit on the booking.
70% Balance together with the Security Deposit will be Paid in cash on arrival.
