My girlfriend and I spent a weekend here and absolutely loved it. The owners of the property were very friendly and completely accommodating of our dog. The cottage has a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Peaceful, Relaxing with superb views.

  • 5 of 5

We arrived late monday afternoon and found the accommodation to be perfect, very clean and had everything needed for our stay. At first it was a bit cold but once you got the log burner on the go with a brew it soon warmed up! (All logs provided for free which was a bonus). We didnt get to speak to Steve as much as we would have liked due to work but the customer book had everything we needed to plan a few walks. There were so many walks to choose from and some were perfect for us as we had our 5 month old boy with us (the walks we picked were perfect for his littlelife carrier). We also had our beagle with us and he was tired at the end of the day! Anyone who owns a beagle will understand the walks must have been good to tire him out! The views from accommodation were also brilliant and this was in November, i can imagine them to be even better on a clear day! Overall its a loverly place and look forward to visiting again.

Perfect as always....

This is our third stay here over the last few years, and we were welcomed back by Steve and his family.

The location is perfect for exploring the area, with Llanberis and the many walks up Snowdon only a 30 minute walk away - loads of great walks on the doorstep so leave the car and explore! If you do jump in the car, the likes of Llandudno and the beautiful welsh coast is only 30 minutes away.

The accommodation provides everything you could need, including log burner, making the place lovely and cosy.

Steve is a lovely chap; we had some pretty bad winds on the first day or so of our stay and he knocked on to check we were OK, and to offer guidance if there was a power cut! There wasn't fortunately.

I rarely visit the same place twice but keep returning to Ty Coch when we want guaranteed peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings and top notch accommodation.
