Beautiful modern semi-detached 2 bed bungalow on a complex with communal pool & gardens, within walking distance of Moraira town centre for shops, restaurants and bars, and the beaches of Moraira and El Portet, completely renovated in 2011, Internet wi-fi, with air conditioning and heating.

On one level. It is comprised of:

Covered terrace (with dining table & 4 chairs) overlooking the garden area

Living-dining-room (with sofa-bed, armchair, coffee table, Satellite T.V., DVD, dining table with 4 chairs and a glass cabinet)

Modern kitchen (equipped with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle)

Back terrace (where washing-machine is).

Small store-room where 2 sunbeds & 2 beach chairs are stored

Master bedroom (double bed) with fitted wardrobes

2nd bedroom (with 2 single beds) with fitted wardrobes

1 shower-room

Beautifully furnished, all new. Electric radiators. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in the lounge. Blinds and mosquito nets in bedrooms.

The Urbanization is of 22 bungalows and has a large swimming-pool, barbeque area and mature gardens. There is a bar/restaurant next to the pool.

Sorry, but pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed in outside terraces.

PRICE LIST

The prices are for the villa per week and include bed linen and towels (not beach towels) and final cleaning.

LONG LETS AVAILABLE DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. PLEASE CHECK THE PRICE WITH US.

Easter, Christmas and New Year, supplement of 50 €

The prices are for a maximum of 4 people. Supplement of 50 €/week for 5th-6th person, including towels and bedding for sofa-bed.

In high and peak season (June to September, both inclusive) the arrival and departure day is on a Saturday.

PAYMENT

Julián and Marisa (brother and sister) are well known people in Moraira as they have a real estate business since 1988. During this time they have sold many properties to customers, now friends of different nationalities.

Although the main business is sales and advice on all aspects of the property, a few years ago decided to invest in the purchase of properties in good locations in Moraira, and now that the sales have decreased combine the sales with the rental of their own properties.

A modern bungalow on a small complex with pool

My wife and daughter stayed for 14 days for the second time, in this well maintained bungalow equipped with two bedrooms, TV & DVD and good WiFi. We have visited Moraira many times over the last 20 years and this property is the most convenient one we have stayed in, since it is close to the town centre, beach and restaurants, Moraira having many excellent and varied restaurants. Instead of always driving into town from some distant hill, we were able too walk into town & the beach within 10 minutes. The owners Marisa & Julian can easily be contacted if needed since they live/work in Moraira.

Moraira is an ideal place to stay since it is close to many other interesting resorts like Javea, Altea, Denia and Calpe. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Lovely Bungalow, Lovely Complex

Really enjoyed our stay in the Los Limoneros bungalow no4. I was there with my two young children (aged 12 & 10) and we all really enjoyed it. The bungalow is nice, clean and modern and the complex that it is on is lovely too. Nice neighbours and a good clean pool makes such a difference to your holiday. Also made use of the hotel next door for drinks too. Moraira is such a beautiful place and I would highly recommend staying in this bungalow as somewhere to stay. Only 10 minutes walk from the town centre and the beach. AMAZING!

Los Limoneros Bungalows

Just returned from a wonderful four week stay at Los Limoneros bungalows. The bungalow its self was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. The complex has a lovely pool area and well maintained gardens and is only a short walk to Moraira town and beaches. The agents Julian and Marisa Ferrando provided an first class service and all emails were dealt with promptly. Marisa was there to meet us with the keys and show us round. I can highly recommend this property to any one looking for a relaxing stay in this Lovely part of the Costa Blanca, cant wait to return. Definitley 5 star.

1st visit to Moraira

As it was our 1st time in Moraira, we did not know the area so the property was perfectly located for us to walk to restaurants etc. The bungalow was clean, bright and well equipped.

Los Limoneros

We had a thoroughly enjoyable week at Los Limoneros. The villa is just as it is shown in the pictures and was perfect for our family holiday. The owners had put a lovely cot in the second bedroom for our 8 month old baby. The villa is well equipped for cooking (lots of equipment in the kitchen) and has a comfy lounge area with TV & DVD player (which we ended up spending a lot of time in as the weather was unfortunately not that great).

The bathroom only has a shower, no bath, so this is something to bear in mind if you are going with children. Fortunately our baby is happy to go in the shower.

The complex that the villa is on is well maintained and very quiet. Perfect for families. The pool was really nice and never busy.

It take only 10 minutes to walk into the centre of Moraira and you can easily walk to El Portet.

We would definitely go back to this villa.

Los Limoneros

Although small from the outside, the property was exactly as advertised. It's situated a very easy 7 minute walk from the beach and town. The complex was very quaint and had a lovely, clean swimming pool and a small shaded bbq area. We enjoyed the mix of different nationalities that were in residence at the same time as us. Having been to Moraira a number of times before, this is by far the best location we've stayed at and will definitely be coming back again ! We ate out most nights and can recommend meals at The Deli and cocktails at Xabel on the beachfront.
