An appealing town house style property in the midst of historic Brixham. Completely redecorated and furnished, this bright and airy property boasts Wifi, a large dedicated parking space & central heating. Situated around 100 metres from the harbour, the numerous restaurants, pubs and attractions are within easy walk. Sea fishing trips and ferries to neighbouring towns can be found on the quayside. Brixham is a working fishing port. Colourful fisherman’s houses line the edge of the inner harbour. Fantastic for walkers or those keen to explore the historic alleyways and old smugglers hideouts!

We have been visiting Brixham for around 16 years. We ended up going by accident the first time, but quickly fell in love with the town, the people, the spectacular views and the quirkiness of the place.

We have a big passion for Brixham, this is not a business to us, but more a way of sharing our passion with friends and family.

Great location and lovely place

Just returned from a week-long trip with my family to Brixham. This was my second trip and I will definitely be going back! The property is a great size and the location is perfect, within short walking distance of all the shops, restaurants and bars. Brixham is a fantastic place - definitely worth a visit, and also worth following the recommendations the owners have left in terms of places to eat and visit whilst you are there :)

a lovely break in a lovely village

The flat is nicely furnished with a lot of homely touches and being centrally located in Brixham everything we needed was on our doorstep.

The free parking on the quay was great as it saved us paying for parking, we parked in the car park behind the high street to unload then moved the car down to the free space.

We found lots of things to do in and around Brixham, I would recommend speaking to the owners (Andrew or Annie) about Brixham if you haven't been before as they gave us some great tips on where to eat and things to do in the area.

In the heart of Brixham

The rooms were very spacious and we found the sofas in the lounge very comfortable. I was quite glad of the two lots of stairs - good exercise for the knees as I live in a bungalow. Kitchen was very well equipped.
