Villa near Trogir and Split, Dalmatian Coast - Peaceful Location Within Minutes Of The Beac

Villa Drage was built on a fenced property of 16,000 square meters. It's located on the slopes of Kozjak near the town of Trogir. Fantastic panoramic view of Kastela Bay and Split will leave you breathless. You will enjoy in peaceful atmosphere among 400 olive and almond trees. Villa has very peaceful surroundings, with only one other house in 1km range. That means that in few minutes drive you can get to many beaches, bars, restaurants and shops but still have total privacy, peace and quiet once you get back to the villa. It was built in cascade and extends over 3 levels. The first level has a kitchen, dining room, living room area connected with the study / library area on the gallery, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second level comprises a bedroom with a bathroom, an apartment with a living area, one bedroom, bathroom and a mezzanine bedroom on the third level. All rooms have access to the loggia / terrace / balcony area with garden furniture.

Notes on accommodation: Please contact owner. Outside: Villa Drage is situated on a fenced property of 16,000 square meters. It's surrounded by 400 olive, almond and oak trees. It has private vegetables garden, products of which guests can use free of charge. There is also private outdoor swimming pool 10 x 4 meters with the possibility of heating (integrated countercurrent, vertical and horizontal massage). Pool heating costs 50€ per day. You will enjoy barbecuing in the beautiful summer kitchen and dining on the big stone table in the shade of an old pine tree. And all that is accompanied with the fantastic sea view. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and closet. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels provided free of charge. Property cleaning and towel & linen changing once a week, if necessary more often. Other: Wine and olive oil cellar. One lounge gallery. One reading gallery with bibliotheque. One poolhouse with small gym.

As in pictures, view stunning

Mladen and his wife were extremely welcoming when we arrived, showing us around the villa, and they had prepared some food and drinks for us.

The villa itself is exactly as in pictures - super clean, lots of space, the downstairs bath being a particular highlight! The surroundings are really quiet, the view is stunning.

The only downside to our stay was the temperature of the pool. We asked for it to be heated (costing 50 euros per day) however the temperature was around 20 degrees for the majority of our stay and didnt get much warmer. This meant we couldn't fully enjoy the pool comfortably.

Other than that I would 100% recommend this villa.

An excellent villa in a great location

the villa is in a fantastic location, very quiet yet close to Trogir and local shops, though a car is essential. Fabulous views over the sea towards Split from an elevated position. The villa is extremely well equipped internally and the outside facilities excellent. the owner lives in the neighbouring property and was very helpful though left us to our own privacy.

Magnificent family villa in idyllic surroundings

A superb villa with everything that you could need for a perfect family holiday. There is a huge amount of space, all of which is to a very high standard. In addition the outdoor area is fantastic with the pool, the outdoor dining and the barbecue set up perfectly to enjoy the tranquil setting. Perhaps best of all is the incredibly warm welcome that you receive from the wonderful Krnic family. It is the best villa we have ever stayed in.

A beautifully furnished, clean and private villa.

This was our second visit to Villa Drage, and we will certainly be coming back. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners, who are on hand to help in anyway they can. We stayed for two weeks in the villa with a group of varying ages. From the villa we could visit all sorts of beautiful places. We love Split and its stunning architecture and Trogir is a short drive away and again is a pretty town with a wonderful network of bustling lanes, leading to a busy river front, and we spent many happy evenings watching the luxury yachts coming and going. Our teenagers had several evenings in Split and were able to get back to the villa safely. We took a trip on a seaplane to the island of Hvar. The plane leaves from Split airport, and is therefore very easy to get to from the villa, it is also very reasonably priced and was a great experience......Hvar is a stunning island and definately worth a visit. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough and now consider the owner and his family to be friends.

Quiet luxury villa with magnificient view

It was our first time in Croatia and we were curious about what we'll discover not only in the country but also as level of facilities and services.

And we were not disappointed at all !

The villa is magnificent, perfectly maintained, the neighbourhood very quite and the view splendid.

We also add a very warm welcome from the owners (probably the best we ever had in holidays rental) and very good help and advices from them during our stay.

The country is also very nice (don't hesitate to follow the advices of the owner, Mladen, for visits). You're very close to Trogir and Split and not so far to Krka National Park.

Villa Drage Trogir

We had such a great time with two families in this spacious and stylish Villa. The amenities are all that you need, well equipped kitchen and outdoor eating area under the olive tree was just stunning. There is enough to do for bigger children and also for smaller children. Also we received the warmest welcome from the owners. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa for location, facilities and its close distance to Trogir and the airport.
