Perfect peaceful property

We absolutely loved our break at Laneway a very clean,tidy warm and welcoming cottage in a beautiful area. The two dogs were very settled, in the peace and quietness of the village. The local shop owners were friendly and helpful, the beaches were stunning and The Three swallows pub in Cley only a 20 minute walk, offered a well priced and traditional menu We couldn't have asked for better weather and we definitely put the quaint garden and patio set to full use in the brilliant sunshine.

Wonderful cottage in a quaint village

We spent Christmas and New year in this beautiful cottage and had a wonderful time. It has everything we needed for a perfect break.

The cottage is very spacious with an enclosed garden and parking for cars. There was only two of us (and the dog) so we only used one of the bedrooms, which was huge. The living area is also very generous and the kitchen again spacious and well equipped (including the Aga). The cottage was very warm and heated up quickly when we had been out all day. We didn't bother leaving the heating on as the Aga kept the kitchen and living room warm. Using the Aga to cook on was great fun and there was even an Aga cook book.

There is an excellent pub nearby (10 minute walk) with great food and local ales. Cley Next The Sea(1 mile away) has a proper deli and the nearest supermarket is about 10 mins. All in all a perfect location

We had a fabulous time and are looking to re book for next christmas.

Laneway cottage

Wiverton is a tranquil little village with an excellent pub serving great food. 'Laneway' is a delightful cottage. It is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The Aga provides lovely background warmth and was great to cook on! There is lots to do and see in the immediate area with some great easy walking. We would highly recommend it and would definitely go again ourselves.

Peace and quiet

Really enjoyed our stay here with our dog. Every thing one could want in a cottage and (for me) the delight of a working AGA!!Clean and comfortable. Great pub within easy walking distance, very good autumn deals. Lovely area, all one could want from a stay in Norfolk. We have already booked again

Early Spring in Norfolk
