Apartment in Pentire, Nr. Newquay, Cornwall, England - Great Location, 5 Minute Walk To The Beach, Pentire Headland And 15 Minutes To Central Newquay

This is a beautifully presented, luxury first floor apartment sleeping four people comfortably, with a double sofa bed in the lounge for two additional people. The accommodation comprises of -

Master bedroom, with a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and 2 large chest of drawers, hairdryer, TV and DVD and an en-suite shower room.

The second bedroom has twin beds, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The large bathroom has a bath with shower over and an airer.

The light and airy lounge has a double sofa-bed, second large leather sofa and TV with BT TV & DVD player. There is a small selection of family games & cards. French windows with Juliet balcony, give stunning views of Fistral Beach and the golf course.

The modern fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge/freezer,Bosch electric oven with gas hob and all modern appliances including iron & ironing board, food processor, toaster, microwave oven. It is also fully equipped with a wide range of cutlery, glasses, crockery, baking dishes and pans. Basic condiments & sugar are provided as well as a welcome pack with tea, coffee milk & sugar. Digital Radio.

Internet access available.

Bed linen is provided and all beds are made up upon arrival. Bath and hand towels are supplied, as well as tea towels and oven gloves. These are not to be used outside the apartment, so please bring your own beach towels.

This apartment benefits from one allocated parking space, situated off street, with a parking permit provided upon arrival and use of the private communal gardens and courtyard within this exclusive development.

Our housekeeper, Mary will meet you upon arrival with the keys.

The apartment is situated within 5 - 10 minutes walk of Fistral Beach and 15 - 20 minutes walk from the main town, and 10 minutes walk to Crantock Beach (via the foot ferry). Suitable for families or couples only. No smoking or pets.

Why Jane Clark chose Newquay & St Austell area

We have always wanted a property close to the sea and have been fortunate enough to find our ideal apartment and look forward to spending as much time there as possible. We chose it, as Newquay is an excellent holiday location with lots to see and do in the area, great surfing, good access to shops and a wide choice of pubs, bars and restaurants with good public transport links! The apartment has lovely views of the sea, it is close enough to the centre of town to walk, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet.

I wanted to see the sea but didn't expect such an amazing view - right across Fistral Beach, just as promised. The perfect apartment for an autumn break. Warm, comfortable, quiet, clean. Just ideal.

The best equipped and best apartment ive ever stayed in, home from home everything you need and everything you worry about is in this apartment surf boards boogy boards right down to spare bulbs and all in between home from home dont even hesitate to book this apartment its everything you need and much much more

Very clean and well appointed. Superb location.

Upon arrival we were given a brief run down of the property and surrounding area facilities in terms of local restaurants etc. Mary, who is the local property manager, was extremely helpful and always on hand should we have any queries etc.

The property itself was ideal for our stay. The location was easily within walking distance of Fistral beach and the local restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had every facility that we could need.

Overall, we would be pleased to return to this property should we return to the area.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The property is in a great location, fantastic for beaches (both sides), walks, golf, horse riding and obviously surfing.

It's clean, well presented and has just about everything you might need for your stay. The housekeeper made us feel very welcome and was very helpful.

Home from home, perfect location.

We arrived at 11am after 7 hours on the road, we called to ask if we could check in earlier than 3pm! Thankfully we were able to move in just after 12.30. The property was spotless, and surprisingly roomy. It was beautifully decorated. We were called on by Mary the housekeeper who was very friendly and helpful with suggesting places to eat, she even managed to book us in at Bodhi's a cafe/restaurant on the beach at short notice, which was really good, I recommend the seafood tagliatelle. The property had everything we needed and more, After hours on the road the welcome pack was just what we needed. Ample wardrobe space and drawers and everything you needed in the kitchen. The only comment I would make, is that we could have done with a change of towels mid week. Our bed was the comfiest bed I've slept in and the girls said their. Very quiet and peaceful at night. The accommodation is a 10 min walk downhill to the beach, which we visited 5 out of 7 days as the weather was wonderful, we didn't find the walk difficult at all.

A great base for exploring parts of Cornwall. I would definately recommend this property.

Very easy to find and the property looked lovely from the outside

The property we stayed in was lovely as you walked up and was very well maintained from the outside. inside the property was well equiped with what we needed and very nicely decorated and very clean , we were very impressed and had a an absaloutley brilliant holiday definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it.

The balance plus a security deposit of £100 per week is required 8 weeks before the arrival date. A 10% reduction is available to couples who wish to book and only use one bedroom.

Changeover day is on a Saturday.
Arrivals after 15.00 and check out time is 10.00am on day of departure.

Notes on prices:
During High Season the apartment is only available for full weeks. At other times the apartment is available for short midweek breaks or long weekends.
