Townhouse in Villamartin, Costa Blanca, Spain! Villamartin, Campoamor And Las Ramblas

The house is situated with a small urbanisation of about 45 properties. The properties range from small apartments, townhouse and large villas. Of the 45 properties 15 are occupied on an permanent basis and many are used solely by the owners as holiday homes. There are half a dozen properties like mine which are rented throughout the year. This means that our urbanisation is never really overcrowded and the amenities are available for use all year round.

Sam we enjoyed our holiday this year at the villa, particularly as Liz and Paul were most helpful towards us, especially on the night we arrived. The villa was spotless on our arrival. It was even more lovely to have our linen changed mid holiday. Liz and Paul were both very friendly and gave us directions when asked. It was nice to know that they were there to help us it made the holiday more relaxing. We look forward to going back.

lovely villa

We have just returned from a weeks holidays in this lovely villa. Everything you need for a lovely relaxing time. Very clean on arrival and Liz and Paul was on hand to explain everything we needed to know for our stay.

Sam kept in touch the whole time and was quick to answer any of my questions.

Would recommend the villa for families and couples.

Lovely well furnished comfortable home from home. ideal for a relaxing break

Just returned from a very relaxing holiday at this rental. Everything we needed was there for us right down to beach chairs and games. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. Comfortable lounge with large television with UK channels. Two good sized bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The whole place was spotless when we arrived.

The balcony off the main bedroom and front patio are real sun traps from mid morning right through to sundown great for chilling with a few beers after a day exploring the surrounding area and lovely beaches.

We were greeted by Paul who was available if needed.

Sam too is always quick to respond to email queries and gave us detailed information of the house and places of interest.

The house is situated on a quite but friendly complex with a short(ish) walk of about 15 minutes to a commercial centre with shops, bars and restaurants.

Villamartin Plaza is a cab ride away with and has a good lively atmosphere.

All in all a great week. i will definitely return .

Lovely Villa

We had very nice stay here, the villa was spotless, really comfortable and well appointed. We liked the location being in walking distance to the local restaurants which served good food in a nice setting. short drive to the beach, we couldn't have asked for more and will be booking to come back again.

A lovely little find!

We stayed for four weeks last October. The house is lovely and light, with very comfortable furniture. The tv is big, much better than the usual ones found in rental properties. Everything we could wish for was provided. The area was safe and well lit, great for when I took the dog out for a walk last thing! Everything was clean and well maintained . We were able to visit some lovely beaches not too far away(note- you will need a car). We shall return!

Great Stay at Sams House

They say that the camera cannot lie, and in this case its definitely true. A vary pleasant we'll maintained exterior leads you in to an interior comfortably furnished within every thing you could need or want, added to this all fittings, furniture and beds are of a high quality rather than the more usual holiday home quality.

Every where was spotlessly clean and we'll presented, thanks to the efforts of Liz and Paul the key holders

Having meals on the 1ST floor balcony was a bonus in late January. Wi fi and British TV all the home comforts you could want.

So far the best holiday rental I have found, would highly recommend it

Perfect getaway

We have just come back from staying in this lovely house, it has everything you could need, a proper home from home. The WiFi was a godsend having 2 teenage girls with us (they can't be away from their friends for long) The pool is literally 4 doors away and never too busy. There are some nice bars and restaurants about a 10-15 minute walk away, the Stone Grill was a particular favourite. I would come back here again without a second thought, it's a lovely house, very clean and well looked after. Communication with both Sam and the key holders Liz and Paul was great too, all in all a great holiday from start to finish.....Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home.

  • Notes on accommodation: The house has a sun terrace that faces the front elevation of the property. It faces west and gets sunshine from late morning and into the evening. The sun terrace can be used for sunbathing or for dining and is equipped with a table and chairs and sun loungers. Access by car is by the gated entrance on the RHS and the private road is on a U shape with the exit facing Calle Nicaragua. The house benefits from a full range of English television channels and WiFi access. The internet is an 8 MB link and is included in the cost. Outside: The swimming pool is shared with other residents and visitors. It is maintained to a high standard as are the beautiful gardens in which it is situated. This area of the community is looked after by the residents all year round and is also a great social gathering point. Children are welcome and must be supervised while swimming if they are under 10 years old. The area has seating and tables for use all year. Utility Room: Washing Machine, Iron and board and open area for storage and drying. Towels and linen are available for use throughout your stay. The property is cleaned fully before your arrival (welcome packs are available). There are no additional costs for cleaning at the end of your stay.
