The Ivory Mansion offers a unique private holiday villa experience. Set among a peaceful spot in the heart of Coral Bay and offering beautiful sea views, it is located just 200 meters from the popular sandy beach of Coral Bay which offers dining and cafe, sunbeds and umbrellas and numerous water sports. The center of Coral Bay which offers a wide variety of restaurants and tavernas is also located less than 300 meters away and here guests will find restaurants serving a wide selection of international cuisine ranging from Chinese to Tex Mex to Italian and also local. The villa itself has been furnished to a tasteful and modern standard and every thought has gone into making our guests enjoy their stay. There are 2 private swimming pools including a children's' pool, a home cinema room with a bar, wi fi throughout the villa, and UK TV channels. A full collection of indoor and outdoor furniture including sunbeds and umbrellas for up to 14 persons, and an outdoor lounge area overlooking the pool as well as a spacious outdoor dining area with barbeque facilities.

All set among complete privacy. Utility Room: Games room featuring home cinema and bar as well as a table tennis area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided and the villa is cleaned once per week.

Impressive and lots of space. Great location

The villa is certainly impressive and has more than enough social areas to take advantage of the glorious weather and setting. Alexander (owner) is extremely helpful and always at hand. He was very helpful when we had a small medical emergency. In saying this, the layout is a little odd and there were the odd bits of loose wiring or a pipe seemingly cutoff near the floor in the table tennis area (from rooms previous purpose?). Howeve, in saying this, these were very minor and not relevant as we were out and around outside most of the time. Just for the price, you'd expect these kind of things not yo be there.

By the way - unlike is often the case, the beds were fantastic!

Excellent Villa

This is an excellent villa if you have a large family group as we did. the villa itself is both stunning outside and inside and the facilities inside are great with everything you need. We were in Cyprus to get married and the villa provided the ideal location for our preparations (just one caution there is an unwritten rule about number of guests!) and provided a stunning backdrop for some of our photos before we set off to Paphos for the wedding. the kids really enjoyed the pool and the beach is pretty close too so it is ideal if you haven't a car. The restaurants in the town are pretty decent too and there is a pretty good supermarket on the main road at the top that will bring you and your shopping home by car.

The water features we not working when we arrived and after a couple of days the pool guy came and turned the wall ones on but not the waterfall as we had kids (8 year olds) and he said it was pretty strong so the villa owner didn't want it hurting anyone which is ok by us.

The kitchen smelled when we arrived and opened the cupboards but we soon found a wooden handled cheese knife a previous renter had left wet in the cupboard and it had gone mouldy; once that was gone it was fine.

Out thanks to the agent and the property manager were good at helping sort things out and making our stay very enjoyable.

Dramatic looking villa

The Ivory Mansion was a great looking villa, tall and imposing. It is well laid out with spacious rooms.

For children the floors are all marble and pose a slip hazard when they get wet. The outside area, although safety strips are in evidence is very slippery when wet. The decking is not slippery.

The villa is quite well appointed but often we ran out of cutlery and glasses. There is only one set for 14 people. The fridge could not support the food for 14 people and drinks, the extra fridge on the ground floor was awkward to use as it was down stairs!

The mosquitos were in abundance and to sit inside was not possible. There were not enough sofas for 14 to sit comfortably together in one place.

Everything for the beds was provided but it lacked luxury.In fact the villa looks luxurious but does not match internally with furnishings.

The towels provided were sad and thin.Nothing matched.

The owner was very much in evidence, calling most days.He was helpful when we needed something fixing for example.

The water feature in the garden was on a timer due to water restrictions which was a shame as it added to the atmosphere.

The outside sitting area and barbecue was great and could be illuminated in the evening.

There was sunshine in most or part of the garden all day.

The air conditioning worked and was efficient.

The villa was clean when we arrived, we hired a cleaner every day to manage this aspect of our stay.

The "strip" is very anglicised, each restaurant offering quite a good selection. We found the Italian restaurant at the top of the strip to serve good food and the chefs in the restaurant cooking at your table very entertaining.

If you are a large group of adults or have teenage children this is a good villa and I would recommend it to you. Easy walking distance to the beach and strip. No need to use a car and plenty for teenagers to access.

What a wonderful experience!

So sad to leave but we all had a fantastic holiday. Ivory Mansion was all that it said on your website. The layout, design, decor and furnishings and fittings were absolutely amazing - inside and outside. The owner, Alexander, was really attentive and always ready to help and advise us and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for him. As a family we would definitely like to rent Ivory Mansion again some time in the not too distant future.

I wish to thank you for making the administrative part of the holiday so easy and also thank you for your help with our special requirements - taxi, cot, highchair, pool heating.

I sincerely hope to be in a position to deal with you again.

Absolutely stunning !

We rented the Ivory Mansion as a group of 4 adults and 6 children as we attended a family wedding in Paphos and it was a fabulous holiday villa. Luxury, glorious sea views, privacy, and within a few minutes walk of the restaurants and cafes of the center of Coral Bay. The children particularly loved the home cinema room and the pool area where had fantastic evening barbeques. Ideal for large families and large groups or for those who seek that something special !

If you would like to provisionally reserve the villa pending your search for suitable flights we would be happy to take the property off the market for you for a period of 3 days in order to offer some ‘breathing space’. Once you have found suitable flights, to secure a villa booking we ask for a down payment of 30% and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payment can be made to us via either a cheque drawn on a UK bank, by direct bank transfer, or via PayPal through most credit/debit cards.

Please note that the use of air conditioning is included in the rental rates. The option of heating the pools in available at Euro 60.00 per day. A refundable security deposit of Euro 500.00 will be asked for on arrival and returned on the day of departure.
