Positioned Perfectly for Swimming and close to the Bellaluz Plaza with its Elegant collection of bars and restaurants. The Tennis centre is also only a short walk away as is the unique and delightful PAR 47 golf course (3 other championship courses within 5 minutes drive). There are golf clubs in the apartment if you want to avoid the high cost of renting them. Golf/Tennis resident rates available. The nearest beach is the private la Manga club beach which is within 1KM from the apartment. The Olympic sized Bellaluz swimming pool and separate children´s pool, with its own snack bar (seasonal), where the sun can be enjoyed to its fullest. Having such facilities at Bellaluz within immediate reach makes it an ideal venue for holiday groups and families alike.

Why Rob Baker chose Murcia - Costa Calida

I like the 5 star quality of the La Manga club - great sporting facilities; golf; Loads of Beaches in the area - you can also Kite Surf; Scuba dive and also there are plenty of more cultural places to visit particularly Cartegena. The security here is second to none - it is known to be the safest place to lice in Spain! Its also a quick 20mins taxi ride from the airport. Everything you need is here from plush to basic. There is a feeling of security and ease when you stay at la Manga club.

What makes this apartment unique

Shot walk to the Olympic size Swimming pool and also to the plaza with the all the restaurants and bars and small shops - Full Medical centre is also on site. If you are staying in the Winter have a day out on the Ski Slopes of the Sierra nevada - you can get some Beach AND snow in one holiday here. This property is also top floor (Penthouse) and the property management company are a 2 min walk away if needed. Parking is right outside the apartment. The PAR 47 golf is 10 min walk. The Tennis centre (28 tennis courts) is 10 min walk.

Throughout the year and especially during the summer months, the region comes alive with music festivals for all tastes – jazz, flamenco, classical, world music… It is also fast establishing a reputation for itself as one of Spain’s leading contemporary art destinations.

If you are an outdoor enthusiast, one of the most enjoyable ways to make the most of the great Costa Cálida weather is to explore the resort itself and the beautiful local countryside - whether by mountain bike, foot, horseback, boat or car.

Local street markets are great for picking up bargains, as are the shopping malls in Cartagena and Murcia.

The resort has its own secluded Mediterranean cove, La Cala, located approximately ten minutes by car or shuttle bus from the hotel. This attractive small beach is set against a stunning backdrop of cliffs and, during the summer months, offers a full range of facilities including beach attendant, shower and La Cala beach restaurant, which specialises in fresh Mediterranean seafood.

There are numerous other beaches (15 min), on both Mediterranean and the lovely Mar Menor coasts.

Murcia (San Javier) Airport (MJV) - 25 km / 14 miles, approximately 20 minutes by car

Alicante (El Altet) Airport (ALC) - 120 km / 75 miles, approximately one hour by car

Car hire not required but advised to help with getting around the resort. Most facilities are within a short walk though - Swimming; bars; restaurants; PAR 47; Tennis centre.

It must also be mentioned that this apartment is professionally maintained by an on-site management company who have a centrally located office within the Resort, who for peace of mind and, in the unlikely event it is required, operate a 24 hour emergency call-out service.

Amongst the other services we can organise on your behalf are - car hire, taxi services and personal airport transfers. The latter would be ideal for larger groups or those who require this more personal service. This also suits the nervous newcomer or non-Spanish speaker who arrives in a different country and wants to be greeted by a friendly face, who can converse in the same language and transfer them directly to their destination.

Other services we can organise are - hire of baby/infant equipment, babysitting, hire of beach towels, restaurant reservations, and for those very special occasions - cava, flowers, fruit baskets, birthday cakes etc - Challenge us with your requirements!

Light and Airy feel - recently decorated.

Lovely, well equipped apartment in great location

The apartment is on the top (3rd) floor of one of the Bellaluz blocks, near car park and swimming pool. Great location, v central but not too close to square and noise. Also v easy 10 min walk down to centre to La Manga Club. Apartment is spacious with lovely quiet balcony overlooking hills. The apartment itself is very nice with decent bedding and bath towels. Was very clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment in a very well serviced area on la manga club, good choice of bars and restaurants on bellaluz square, the apartment had everything you need to cater for a family and was spotlessly clean with a lovely little balcony, I was very impressed and will certainly return and recommend to friends

Great place. Great restaurants. Great apartment

We love la Manga club bellaluz. This is our 4th visit. This apartment is central to the bellaluz square where there is a great choice of restaurants. We spent most days by the pool. Our favourite restaurant for service and food was Meat point down the other end of village next to the tennis courts.

You do need a car to go to the beach or stock up on food as on site supermarkets are all bit over priced on some things. The downside of not staying for 2 weeks is that the cleaners don't come in and change towels or bedding. We were there for 12 days and could have done with this service. The owner was good enough to give us wifi code. But most time the whole villages wifi was down. Think it was due to amount of residents as it was a problem all round.

Owner's Response: Hi - thanks for the review additional cleaning can be made upon request for a shorter than two week stay. Wifi was down in the whole village that week due to some works on the main Arial unfortunately

Girlie stay at La Manga Golf

Loved the apartment and perfect position for all amenities . Very clean and all essentials provided. Brill communication with the owner and would certainly recommend to a friend and definitely will be back . Love the square and THE BISTRO restaurant definately the place to eat .

Well kept apartment, convenient and quiet.

A good apartment with all facilities in good order and clean.

Owner helpful and everything as described. Walk to Plaza and pool were very easy and good to find a new restaurant serving late meals for our later arrival.

We had a great time at the tennis academy too!!
