Within that development lies our holiday home, luxuriously furnished with King size double beds and flatscreen TVs to the master bedroom, kitchen and lounge. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine either on the balcony or in the attractive patio garden, or explore the many attractions close by such as the Spinnaker Tower set in the Gunwharf Quays retail outlet and near to Portsmouth historic dockyard.

About Simon & Gillian Brice

We have 2 grown-up children and have been in the hospitality industry for the past 35 years, currently running a successful AA 3 star hotel in Somerset for the last 14 years, so our standards are very high. Having a holiday home in Port Solent enables us to get away, unwind and enjoy the atmosphere of the area and the diverse Solent waterways.

Perfect property located at the marina. Very modern, clean, and well equipped. Nice big table in the kitchen to sit around and socialise, plus a very comfortable lounge. Lovely back garden with seating. Can't be faulted. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely and modern place

Lovely, modern and spacious town house. Its in excellent location for foods shopping at tesco, beautiful spot to drinks and eat in port solent within 10 mins walk.

Excellent property

The house is very well situated for all local amenities and for travel around the area. A nearby Marriott hotel has excellent, and good value, gymn facilities.There is noise from the motorway but this is very similar to the noise of wind rushing through the Ash trees close to our house in the country. The interior of the house has been maintained to a good standard. Communications with the owners have been very easy and there was a friendly bottle of wine and box of chocolates to welcome us.
