Our villa is located in a privately owned 7 house complex with on-site management and daily servicing of the house. Each house is owned by individuals and well cared for. The villa is surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens with a distinct Thai ambience. It is important to us that we maintain a charming and local feel so our guests get a real taste of Samui. Our management team is focussed on looking after our guests and giving you the best attention and help during your stay. We have a manageress and gardening and cleaning staff that maintain all the houses in an immaculate clean and tidy state. They focus on the Thai friendly smiles in all that they do.
An infinity pool is located at the seaside with deck chairs for relaxing as well as large sun deck on the waters edge for massages or just taking it easy. There is easy access to the beach (around 50M) with the complex situated at the western end of Bang Por beach. It is a beach for swimming at high tide or just walking to enjoy the local culture and food. There are many great local eating places within an easy walk along the beach. Both Thai and simple Western food is available at most places. Seafood is a feature of many of the restaurants.
Our villa is a large 2 story with 3 bedrooms on the second floor with a large bathroom and large ensuite on the main bedroom. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. There are TV's in 2 bedrooms and also in the living area, all equipped with DVD players.
Downstairs it is modern open plan living with a well equipped kitchen. It is furnished in a modern tropical style and opens via large sliding doors from each room onto spacious balconies on both levels.
BBQ faculties are also available for casual evening meals.
WiFi is available free throughout the whole complex.
The location is situated between Nathon and Maenam away from the busy tourist strip of Chaweng. It is easily accessed on the main road with public transport passing regularly for trips to shop or visits local attractions. These are local "buses" that are inexpensive - rental cars and taxis are easily arranged by our manager.
Transfer from the airport or ferries can be arranged in advance by the manager - this is usually around ThB600 for an airport transfer. The house is around 20-30mins from the airport depending on traffic
Sunsets are a feature in the evenings while early mornings feature lovely sunrises for beach walks on the long Bang Por beach.

My wife and I are Australian and have lived overseas in China for a long period. We discovered Koh Samui and loved the relaxed and tropical environment. In 2005 we decided to build our own home in Samui and looked for a quiet seaside area to build. Baan Laem Noi suited us with a small friendly community from Thailand and different parts of the world. We have been lucky to have a wonderful manager and team to keep the property always in excellent shape.
We think anyone coming will have a memorable experience and holiday in our house.

We Really enjoyed staying in this house. A lovely small complex with perfectly kept gardens. Looking out to sea from the pool had to be my favourite spot. The house has everything you could need, larges rooms and a great space for a dinner party! The owner and the lady who manages the properties were exceptionally helpful and responsive. We had a lovely time and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

My family and I have just spent 2 fantastic weeks stopping in this lovely villa which provided the perfect location for exploring the island and then the ideal place to return to relax and enjoy all it had to offer!
The swimming pool and gardens are beautifully kept and very quiet and views are superb. The decor and furniture and large comfy air conditioned bedrooms made it a home from home.
The well equipped kitchen was used for cooking for the family a few times but the local restaurants/bars provide great food and service and superb value!
A real bonus is the beautiful restaurant and bar situated literally at the bottom of the garden where the staff and food were fantastic!
We all loved the superb accommodation and the position of the villa. It is ideally located near Nathon and Chaewang is only a 20 minute drive. We found it the perfect place to experience Samui.
We did have a hire car which was handy but but not completely necessary as we also rented mopeds which were great fun and very cheap (about £4.00 per day) or used the local hop on hop off buses which pass by regularly on the main ring road which is just outside of the villa gardens.
