The spacious living areas feature a lounge, fully-equipped kitchen, dining, and a big enclosed sun room. The 3 bedroom home has one bathroom and one toilet and an outdoor hot and cold shower for summer use. The laundry is fitted with a washer and dryer. Your comfort is assured with air-conditioning and a pot belly fire. The house has wifi. For entertainment there is a flat-screen TV and DVD , a CD player outdoor gas barbecue and al fresco dining. The large grounds are fenced making it ideal for children. Undercover parking is available. The white sand beach, a popular early morning fishing spot, is in easy walking distance and provides for safe swimming. A park and children's playground is nearby. A shopping centre is less than 5 minutes away. A fast train will take you to Perth in 45 minutes. The area offers water sports, fishing, boating, wine-tasting, golf, crabbing, bird watching, picnic spots, markets, bike and walk trails. Mandurah is famous for its fresh and very affordable seafood dining options.

Why Robyn Quin chose Madora Bay

The Mandurah/Peel area offers a wide variety of activities. For those who enjoy the outdoors there is swimming, bike riding, fishing, crabbing, canoeing, boating and world famous golf courses at your disposal. Small boats can be hired if you wish to do a spot of fishing or crabbing in the estuary.

The beaches are immaculate, golden sand, safe swimming and the perfect place to watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean. Some of Western Australia's best red wines are produced in the Peel district. All the local wineries offer cellar door tasting. The district is known for its outstanding seafood and excellent and inexpensive seafood meals can be enjoyed at a range of restaurants on the waterfront.

A large shopping complex complete with restaurants, supermarkets, bakery, liquor store is a ten minute walk away. Also located at the shopping centre is a fitness centre and department store.

What makes this house unique

A short stroll to a magnificent swimming beach can be followed by a wash down in our tropical outdoor shower. In the cooler months enjoy a book or DVD from the library supplied for our guests in front of the pot belly fire. Firewood is supplied. The kids can use the games supplied in the spacious enclosed sunroom.

Reverse cycle air conditioning ensure year round comfort. Being so close to the sea means that you will get the cooling breezes off the ocean in the height of summer.

Notes on accommodation: The house is regularly maintained and used by the owners as holiday accommodation. It is clean, airy and inviting. Outside: Front and back gardens. Undercover parking. Additional space to securely park a boat or caravan. Outdoor dining setting, gas barbecue, outdoor shower, reticulated lawns. Utility Room: The laundry includes a stainless steel trough, an automatic washing machine and a dryer. Brooms, mops, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils are provided. A second fridge can be used for drinks. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All linen, pillow slips, towels, continental quilts and covers, extra blankets, tea towels and table cloths are supplied. Every bed has two sets of linen for use. Other: Our home is ideal for families with a large fully enclosed sunroom and a big, secure back garden. The grounds are reticulated and mowed regularly. Outdoor dining furniture, gas barbecue provided and paved alfresco area.

For stays of up to two weeks the full rental is payable at the time of confirmation of the booking. For stays longer than two weeks rent is payable two weeks in advance. For stays longer than 4 weeks the rent is negotiable.
