This delightful environment is situated in the heart of Golf Valley with Aloha Golf Club, Las Brisas & Los Naranjos in 2 mins and La Quinta 10 minutes away. If golf is your passion, you have the choice of over 70 golf courses within 35 minutes’ drive. Outside the patio doors is a covered terrace with large table and seating for al-fresco dining, a BBQ and garden area. Cushioned sofas are perfect for relaxing with a chilled drink in the early evening. The roof top offers panoramic views along the Costa Del Sol out to the Med - another nice place to relax with early evening drink and a seriously hot sun trap for the sun worshippers. The side of the house (as pictured) overlooks the tennis court and views pan out across the Golf Valley.

This is a second family home. It has homely comforts and we love how quickly we relax when arriving. We enjoy the calmness of the pool areas and terraces then enjoy the wide choice of good food and social life on offer in Marbella and Banus.

A real 'home from home' villa perfectly situated.

An absolutely fantastic villa, perfectly situated high above the noise and bussles of Banus but within a very short hop into the waterfront. The spacious villa has access to 2 pools which are never busy and are situated in the perfectly manicured grounds. The villa itself is very nicely decorated in a traditional spanish style with hint of the owners personal touches adding to the 'home from home' feeling. High speed WiFi ensures you can work and stay connected whilst here. All bedrooms offer air con as well as the main common areas, essential when it gets as hot as it does here. If you want a quiet night there is Pueblo Aloha and Aloha gardens up the road, both offer great bars and restaurants without the need to hit Peurto Banus (less than 10 mins down the road). We are heading back again this year, the first time we have revisited a previous holiday resort. Outstanding!

We have been coming to Puerto Banus for nearly 30 years. Apart from the generally all year round good weather, the golf was a big appeal and the shopping, restaurants and nightlife are excellent. It has a good balance of residents and visitors with holiday homes.

Coast/Beach:

The Costa Del Sol offers lots of beautiful sandy beaches and we always like to explore new beaches from Mijas to Tarife. The beaches of Marbella, Puerto Banus and San Pedro are 5 - 10 minutes drive.

Travel:

Malaga airport is closest airport and 35 minutes drive via AP7. Clear directions to Last Green will be given at booking.

Puerto Banus 2.5km; Marbella 7.5km; Benhavis 14km; Istan 16km; Estepona 20km; Mijas 43km; Ronda 50km; Gibraltar 70km;

Further Details:

Aloha Pueblo with bars (the famous Links Bar) and shops is a 10 minute walk. Continuing towards Puerto Banus, another 10 mins and you will find a number of top quality restaurants including Salotto, Girasol, Aloha Grill and the Argentinian steakhouse, Evita. You will also find an Opencor supermarket. whilst a little further on you will find a larger Mercadona supermarket. A further 10 mins walk will take you to The Plaza with shops, banks, coffee shops, restaurants and bars including La Sala and a final 5 minutes downhill takes you into Puerto Banus.

Changeover Day:
Please vacate on Saturday at 10am for cleaners. We will be flexible, subject to the next guest arrival time. Please understand, however, the house is cleaned and linen/towels changed before each rental. Excess mess will incur charge against deposit.

Notes on prices:
Quality of grounds, property and facilities make it a premium holiday home; it is broader than others in the development and, as the end property, offers fantastic views. Please don't compare to a standard apartment as you definitely get a lot more value for your money. Discounts only available for long lets outside of peak times. A security deposit £300 is required at time of balance; this is refundable within 2 weeks of departure assuming no damages or excess cleaning needed. Price covers communal fees; security company; maintenance; electricity; internet; cleaning and laundry.

The house is cleverly designed to make the maximum use of patio doors and windows to ensure maximum light which floods into the very large and spacious living/dining room. The house is alarmed to a control centre and the development is well protected with remote controlled access gates. Bedrooms are spacious with wardrobe space and drawer facilities. The property is marble floored throughout and the house is always maintained in superb condition; we ask guests to help us keep it that way. We love our home with a passion and hope you do too. Our regular repeat visitors suggests we are doing something right. Strictly no smoking within house please. Outside: Outside you have two large swimming pools, immaculately maintained and amazingly quiet all year round. The side of the house (per picture) overlooks the residents tennis court and the views pan out across the Golf Valley to the South West and beautiful sunsets. Outside the patio doors is a covered terrace with large table and seating for al-fresco dining, a BBQ and garden area. Cushioned sofas are perfect for relaxing in the early evening. This overlooks the residents tennis court and golf valley. The roof terrace offers panoramic views out to the Med. Another nice place to relax with an early evening drink and a seriously hot sun trap for the sun worshippers. The garage comfortably takes 2 cars and there is also a small car park at the entrance. The gardens are immaculately maintained and a wonderful feature about the place. A walk around the development is easy on the eye. A key feature is the security around the development including electronic gates and discreet mesh in hedging Utility Room: 2nd refrigerator Washing machine and tumble dryer in utility room. Ample storage space for water and soft drinks. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen/towels included. If you are staying >1 wk a maid can be arranged for the middle weekend to change linen/clean the house, at a reasonable charge to you. Alternatively you can use the laundry facilities. Strictly no smoking within the property. Other: The garage hosts a table tennis table and comfortably takes two cars.
