Orlando is the entertainment capital of the world and continues to have vast amounts of money invested in keeping it as the No 1 place for families.

Our home is close to all of those attractions. We are 3 minutes away from the I4 which gets you to all the parks really quickly.

However, we bought our home as it is perfectly positioned in the quitest part of a stunning quiet development. This gives you the best of both worlds and you then have somewhere wonderful to relax too. Our home is fenced off all around for your privacy. Most homes back on to a noisy road, a 15 foot brick wall or back on to other peoples houses which isn't very relaxing when you are sitting by the pool. Our home is exceptionally private and tranquil.

Most villas can also be quite worn and dated inside. Our home is modern, fresh and immaculate. We bought all new furnishings in late 2012 and we have continued to invest a lot of money keeping it to a high standard ever since. We see this as our home first and a rental second.

You will not be disappointed.

We are an English couple and bought this villa as a holiday home in June 2012. All furnishings are new. We researched and viewed many properties but could not resist buying in Tuscan Ridge. My wife, 3 small children and myself stopped at the villa for 2 weeks this November and we were all very happy with the overall experience.

We’ve stayed in Davenport villas before and found this one to be an excellent overall Holiday villa with the best pool area we’ve come across.

If you have small children it’s also ideal being on a single floor with plenty of plastic cups and plates .

Thank you Tony and Amy and fingers crossed we will get to use your villa again in the coming years.

Absolutely beautiful

Again, another fantastic holiday in Florida. The villa was just as the pictures stated, perfect in every way. Would definatley recommend friend's to stay here. Tony was a god send by letting us stay an extra few hours to help us out with our flight. The whole holiday was magical 😊

Lovely house with easy access to all attractions

This very clean and well maintained property is in a quiet residential area within easy reach of Orlando's attractions and airport (approx 30 mins). We stayed for a week with our two teenagers and had a great time. The covered pool provides a welcome distraction from the theme parks. Communications with the owner leading up to our stay were excellent. We highly recommend this property. There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby (5-10 mins drive). The best supermarket we found was Publix around 4 miles North on Rt27.

Our best stay yet

We've been staying in FL now for the winter for about 10 years now, renting various places throughout the area. We were never able to find a place comfortable to our likes and needs until now. The villa is established in a very scenic Tuscan Ridge Community very near any shopping meccas you can think of. The home itself is immaculate. Spacious, elegant, and comfortable in many ways. Lot's of variety of entertainment to be had, with tv entertainment to games. The yard, which is rare to have, is spacious for outdoor activities. The heated pool, jacuzzi, and area is like a being in a spa. We spent much of our time out there, even in the winter months. Even with all kinds of amusements and Disney parks within a few minutes from the villa, you almost don't need to go to them with all the amenities the villa has to offer. This is without a doubt, the best villa we stayed in and the only one we are scheduled to return to. Thank you Tony and Amy for making our stay an enjoyable and memorable one.

Excellent Villa!!

Definitely the perfect place to feel at at home away from home. Very spacious, clean and homey. Wonderful neighborhood with friendly residents. The pool and surrounding area is like a resort, especially during the evenings with the lights on. Plus, with quick heating of the pool, can swim and entertain well into the cool evenings. Close to Disney World, only about 15-20 min. Also, close to shopping centers and grocery stores. Couldn't ask for more.

Fantastic property

This villa was perfect for our holiday. Four adults and two children who could all have their own space. It was home from home with everything you could want. If you wanted to eat in, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, crockery and equipment.

All bedding and towels provided, even pool towels so no need to pack any. The pool area was great and very safe for the young children. When we arrived we read the binder telling all about the property and area, so when we had a problem with the air conditioning we knew exactly what to do. An engineer was with us within one hour and everything sorted, you won't get that service in the UK.

Tony the owner was very approachable before our stay and replied immediately to any questions I had. He gave us directions from the airport and we found them very easy to follow which is good after a long flight. It was very much home from home and I would thoroughly recommend this property and hope I will be able to stay there again. It was situated in a quiet residential area, the only noise we heard was the hot air balloons flying over in a morning, a great sight.

Our home is close to all of the main attractions but also provides a very quiet luxurious peaceful retreat after a long hot day. It is very private and fenced off all around the property which is uncommon for Florida properties.

Coast/Beach:

Cocoa Beach is 1 hr 15 mins East (very chilled and beautiful).

St Petersburg Beach and Clearwater Beach are 1 hr 15 mins West (very popular and busy at weekends... and beautiful)

Please contact the owner UK 8am to 11pm only. Email anytime (I check my emails constantly. If I am awake I will answer promptly).

Although I am a new owner I pay a property management fee to manage the property and look after your needs whilst you are staying in my home. My property management company came highly recommended and they have an office literally 5 minutes away from the villa.

Changeover Day:
Departure is before 10am.

Arrival is after 2pm.

Negotiable when bookings are not tight. Please email me if needed.

Notes on prices:
Prices include taxes. Pool heat - $10 per day. Payments accepted in £GBP, $USD cheques/checks, Credit Cards, PayPal and BACS transfers. Credit card payments will incur a fee. A charge of up to £50 ($90) for cleaning will normally be made on stays of less than 6 days. A deposit of 20% of the rental cost is required to secure the booking. Final balance due 6 weeks before the start of the holiday unless it is a last minute booking.

Although our home is shown as a '3 bed 2 bath' it is the same size as most of the 4 bed properties in the area by square feet and the plot is larger than most 4 bed properties. It makes our home particularly spacious and the front and rear gardens are therefore particularly generous. We researched Florida for 2 years and bought in Tuscan Ridge due to the location, quality of the development, size and quality of the property and perfect mix of US and UK residents.

Notes:

  • Notes on accommodation: Air con with digital temperature control and 3 large ceiling fans. Private heated pool / heated spa fenced off with a removable child safety guard. I have fenced off the rear yard and the pool area for you privacy (nearly all Orlando villas back on to each other with no privacy screening). Nice fenced off garden area at rear to catch some late afternoon sun. There is also a patio adjacent to the pool to relax and cool off. Double garage/Parking for six vehicles. Carpets in the bedrooms for comfort. I have installed wooden flooring in the other parts of the house so you do not have to worry so much about marking carpets, spilling drinks etc. Motorised queen blow up bed in garage if required. Outside: Outside there is a lawn area for sunbathing. There is also a covered lanai area between the house and the pool where you can sit by the pool in the shade with a large fan above you. Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Our Property management company cleans the house, linen and towels prior to your arrival. I have tried to accommodate your every need.
