The village of La Cala de Mijas is a wonderful location for a family holiday. The apartment is a 3 minute walk from a fantastic choice of restaurants and bars and a 5 minute walk to a number of shops including a "SuperSol" supermarket, a bakery and hair salon. On the outskirts of the village is the Costa del Sol racecourse known as the "Hipodromo" and is great night out for all the family. And of course the apartment is ideally located within 10 minutes of over 8 top class golf courses, a haven for all you golf lovers! For the children, apart from the swimming pools and beach, there is a playground and a seated area for parents to relax and have a coffee/drinks, horse riding 10 minutes away and virtually every water sport you can think of.

Fantastic holiday home

This was our second stay in this lovely apartment. I’m not sure you could want for more. Beach on your door step, lovely pool and gardens and a comfortable well looked after holiday home. The little bakery just around the corner is great for fresh bread each day and there are plenty of supermarkets. We also had some lovely meals out. I’m normally ready to come home towards the end of a holiday but this time I wanted to stay! We love La Cala. Thank you for letting us holiday in your apartment Rosemarie and for your great communication. We will definitely be back!! The Walsh Family

Lovely apartment and lovely grounds handy for the beach and shops . Friendly people in la Cala . Apartment has everything you could want for a great family holiday. Rosemarie was a pleasure to deal with and Eva gave a smooth handover when we arrived . Would definitely stay again a very secure and safe apartment thanks again Rosemarie x

Stunning, modern apartment by the sea

We spent two weeks at this beautiful property in La Cala de Mijas. Everything relating to our dealings with Rosemarie and our stay at her property were first class. The location is second to none and ideal for those looking for a property that offers access to the beach as well as gated pool. We have stayed in the area (but not this property) for the last three years and will definitely be looking to book this property for our next visit. It cannot be faulted!

Excellent location..big clean appartment

We, 2 adults 2 teenagers, stayed for 4 nts. The appartment is very clean and maintained to a high standard. All the rooms and terrace are a very good size. All equipment is available for self catering. The grounds and pool are excellent and also well kept. The location is right on the beach and 5 min walk on the boardwalk to la cala de Mijas centre. Rosemarie handled the booking with ease and all queries were replied too very quickly. Highly recommend this appartment for couples and families.

Travel:

Malaga International Airport is Only 20 minutes from La Cala de Mijas. We also provide an airport transfer service for our clients and can be arranged at time of booking . You also have the train from Malaga Airport to Fuengirola and bus from there to La Cala. If you hire a car , you have a car parking space in the underground car park.

Distances:

It is a five minute walk to the Markets which are on a Wednesday and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm.

Further Details:

Medical center , numerous banks, restaurants and bars in center. Fuengirola, Marbella and Puerto Banus are a 10 minute taxi drive. Local inexpensive buses run from the center of La Cala every 30 minutes.
