The property comprises: Entrance hallway, one ground floor bedroom sleeping two guests, one ground floor double bedroom, ground floor shower room. The first floor features open plan lounge/diner/kitchen and the top floor offers the master bedroom with wet room and a bunk bedroom with en-suite shower room.This is a delightful family friendly holiday home in a beautiful location.

My company is Book Holiday Homes and we have been offering quality self catering holiday homes in the UK for the past five years. We work in association with Coast and Country Property Services and together we offer a stunning selection of holiday letting properties.

We focus on offering a fantastic customer service and reply to enquires promptly and aim to answer all questions a prospective guest may have regarding the property, location and area.

Our payment methods are clearly outlined on our reservation forms and terms and conditions and we always provide a booking confirmation/receipt for all payments received. Our approval certificates for taking payments can be provided upon request.

The beautiful sandy beaches of Sandbanks are just a few minutes walk away from the property.

Travel:

Bournemouth airport is approximately 20 minutes drive away

Poole has a ferry port and that is approximately a 20 minute drive away

There are train stations in Branksome approximately a 10 minute drive away or in Poole Town centre approximately a 15 minute drive away.

Distances:

Sandbanks offers a choice of bars, restaurants and cafes and this is all within a short walking distance of approximately a 5 minute walk away or alternatively there are bus stops for local buses into Poole and Bournemouth.

There are lots of opportunities to take part in a variety of watersports such as kite surfing, windsurfing, fishing, canoeing etc..

Booking Notes:
We would require a non refundable deposit of £200 at the time of booking. We then invoice for the outstanding balance 8 weeks prior to the booking.
Receipts and booking confirmations are always provided
We are able to accept credit card payments, although unfortunately we cannot take American Express.

Changeover Day:
Our changeover day is usually a Saturday, especially in the peak season, however we can be flexible.


Notes on prices:
Please note that we will require a security/damage deposit of £250 which can be taken from a credit card 7 days before your arrival; Please note that this is not a transaction but a certain amount frozen on the card in-case of any damages. Once the property is checked by our housekeepers the monies are released for your use within 5 days after your departure. Other payment alternatives are available, please enquire.
