Petit Sapin is in an amazing location, right in the centre of Morzine. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms & a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room with patio doors opening out onto a large sun terrace that overlooks the mountains. You can be in the mountains minutes after leaving this beautiful apartment.

Petit Sapin has natural stone colours throughout and benefits from under floor heating. It's bright, airy and welcoming. Luxury bed linen and towels are provided for all guests making your stay at Petit Sapin comfortable and luxurious.

The living and dining area easily seats 8 guests. The kitchen is stylish and practical with a 4 ring electric hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher & microwave. It is well stocked with all the crockery and cooking equipment you might need. There is underground parking for one car with a heated driveway. This garage also houses a private storage for skis & boards together with a heated boot rack.

The chalet is right in the centre of Morzine, 200 metres from the Tourist Office & therefore, within easy reach of a great choice of bars, shops and restaurants. It's only a 5 minute walk to either Pleney or Super-Morzine telecabine. The free ski bus stops within 100m of the apartment should you wish to use it.

Gina and Marcus have lived out in the French Alps for 14 years and can't imagine moving back to Scotland. Gina and Marcus fell in love with Morzine and Les Gets and love sharing that with the guests who come to stay at any of their chalets or apartments. They think that both places are fantastic locations for holidays both in the Winter and the Summer- with loads of activities to choose from. The summer is a bit quieter for the Reach4thealps team which means they get to enjoy time as a family at the outdoor pool or up at Lake Montriond. They can't wait to show you this beautiful part of the world! Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

Morzine and the Portes Du Soleil is well renowned for its terrific mountain biking and walking trails. There are endless cross country trails for keen bikers and challenging downhill courses in Morzine, Les Gets, Les Crosset and Morgins. The area offers great walking routes and the ski lifts, many of which run in the summer, give bikers and walkers alike, access to some of the higher peaks. Other activities include white water rafting.

Travel:

Morzine and neighbouring Les Gets are easily accessible being only 1 hour 15 min drive from Geneva airport. Pick up a car at the airport so you can make the most of the area, Annecy, Chamonix, Yvoire are all great day trips and within an hour and a half drive from the chalet.

Driving from the UK is also easy, it takes 8-9 hours from Calais and its motorway all the way apart from the the last 30 minutes.
