This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment within walking distance to an award winning sandy beach. The complex has an adult and children's swimming pool in a safe garden area. There is private parking if required and a taxi rank and public transport are close by. The Miraflores Golf Club is close by and open to non members. The apartment is in a safe gated complex and is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday or a perfect base for touring the coast. Only a short 7 minutes walk to bars, restaurants and a supermarket in Torrenueva. There are more shops restaurants, bars and supermarkets at Riviera del Sol and La Cala which are only a short distance away. Within easy driving distance to Fuengirola, Marbella, Mijas, Torremolinos, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena and Gibraltar.

The swimming pool open from May to September (inclusive). PLEASE NOTE THE SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL INCLUSIVE

We live in the UK. Please look after it when you come to stay. We are a family of 4, us and our 2 daughters. I hope you enjoy it here as much as we did. We love it here. Its quite and relaxing. The pool its really handy and the children love it. The beach is down the road.

Why Maria chose Mijas

We love the area and the peace, and also the views from the property. We also like the proximity to the beach, which is within walking distance. We get a nice breeze and and its cool at night to have a nice rest.

What makes this apartment unique

The local beach is not crowded. You dont need to spend hours to park there and its a sandy lovely beach. Our property has a parking space so there is no problems with that either. The views in our apartment are fantastic, mountain and panoramic sea views. It´s just been painted and decorated.

Notes on accommodation: We have a nice terrace. In one side, you can dine Al Fresco enjoying the mountain views as we have a table and four chairs outside. Or, you can also have a glass of beer enjoying the panoramic sea and mountain view from the other side of the terrace sitting in our bar stools. You can park your rental car in our privately owned garage space and don't worry about parking. There is a lift in the car park that takes you straight across the apartment door. Outside: Outside There is a large shared adult swimming pool and a children's pool, with a lifeguard in attendance. These are in a safe fenced off grassed area in the middle of the complex, with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. Communal poolside showers and wc are also available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels provided

Dissapointing holiday

A car was recommended for this apartment, but it should have said how steep the hill was for people who are not hiring a car and are Senior Citizens. This spoilt our holiday, as we spent more on cabs. It is more a 15 minute walk to beach and bus stops. We therefore did not venture far on public transport as we normally do. The apartment was alright, but not a teaspoon in sight and no teacloths. The front bedroom on landing had no shutter, therefore anyone putting a landing light on it would light up the whole landing and shine into the bedroom as only light curtains were at the window. This went on until about 2.30 in the morning. The apartment was clean, but the sofa needed a good hoovering. Beautiful place and beautiful weather, but our holiday was spoilt with that hill.

Great location for a quiet few days away

Perfect holiday let. Clean and well equipped. The pool is lovely and was super quiet for our mid September break.

Short walk to some excellent restaurants at the bottom of a rather steep hill and the local beach El Bomba has comfy sun beds and some good beach restaurants.

Wonderful Holiday in a Wonderful Location

We have just returned from this lovely apartment in Torrenueva and had a wonderful time. We stayed for 17 nights with our two 11 year old girls at this well equipped apartment with two good sized bedrooms,functional kitchen with large fridge freezer and a washing machine. The lounge is spacious leading onto the large balcony with SKY TV available on a large flat screen! The apartment is safe and secure in this gated community and the pool is fantastic! The beach is a 10 minute walk from the apartment with lovely restaurants and bars along the way. La Cala is a gentle 20 minute walk along the beach front and has some excellent restaurants. I would not recommend this apartment to those with health issues or a disability as the hill back up to the apartment is quite steep. Overall, an excellent location for us and we cant wait to visit again!

perfect! !

Had a great time. Apartment bright and clean. Lovely views from terrace including sea and mountains opposite. Very nice quiet gated complex..felt very secure for kids etc pristine pools and gardens. Friendly neighbours

Only draw back was pool didn't open till 11am and we had early risers with us but beach not far away and also park for children 20mins walk away.

We loved it so much we changed our flights and stayed an extra week. !!

Lovely Apartment

This was our second visit to this lovely Apartment which is very clean & well equipped with everything you need should you wish to dine in.

.Added bonus was that the apartment has a covered parking space to park the car.

A Lovely complex with nice pool area very relaxing.

La Cala is a Fantastic place to holiday with great beach and restaurants and lots of places to visit near by

Car: recommended



The beautiful sandy El bombo beach is a 5 minute walk away, with plenty of bars and restaurants. There are also beautiful sandy beaches only a short drive away, Calahonda, La Cala, Riviera Del Sol, Cabopino, Marbella, Fuengirola and Puerto Banus.



Malaga International Airport is the nearest airport to the apartment, which is a 25 minute drive away approx 35km. A car is recommended, but is not essential, cars may be hired from the airport or a local agent. Transport can be arranged to and from the airport if desired. Public transport is about a 6 minute walk away and is very regular and reliable. It runs all along the coast from Fuengirola to Marbella, and links up with other destinations. Trains run from Fuengirola to Malaga.



Torrenueva is within walking distance to La Cala, Calahonda and Riviera del Sol. Only a short drive away is Cabopino, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Fuengirola. These places are also accessible by public transport, the bus passes the bottom of the road. Also within driving distance of Nerja, Mijas, Cordoba, Estepona, Gibraltar, Seville, Granada, Malaga, Ronda and Jerez. Day trips to these places can be arranged through local agents, as can a visit to Tangiers.

It is only an 5 min walk from Angel de Miraflores to a variety of different restaurants in Torrenueva, including Chinese, English, Italian, French, and Indian. Most of these restaurants have al fresco eating areas. Amongst the restaurants is the very popular 'Steve’s Bar' with regular entertainments.

Also situated in this area is the local supermarket always stocked with a very good selection of fresh meat, bread, vegetables and all general provisions. There are larger supermarkets based in la Cala, Riviera Del Sol, Calahonda, also many bars, restaurants and banks. The Commercial Centre's at Marbella (La Canada) Fuengirola (Miramar) are well worth a visit. The nearest market is at La Cala held on Wednesday and Saturday. Markets are held every day of the week, details can be found in the local free newspapers.

Puerto Banus with its impressive yachts, world famous fashion shops, Casino, shopping centre, top beaches and spectacular views, makes this place special. The night-life is buzzing with numerous bars and restaurants.

Gibraltar has many attractions, St Michales Cave,Cable cars,Wild Dolphins and Barbary apes. A passport is required when visiting Gibraltar. Mijas is one of the prettiest villages in Spain, this traditional village has breath taking views. Tour this village on the famous Donkey taxis.

Ronda is truly a spectacular village, famous throughout Spain for the plunging river gorge which divides this enchanting village. Ronda also has the oldest and most beautiful bullring in the whole of Spain.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required, a booking is only valid when the deposit has been received. Final payment to be made 45 days prior to arrival. £150 fully refundable deposit is required with final payment, this is held against damage and breakages, it is fully refunded on satisfactory inspection and return of keys. Prices are per week in UK pounds. Any booking made within 6 weeks prior to departure date, must be paid in full.
The property must be left tidy and all the rubbish removed from the property. Housekeeping will clean after your departure but the property must be left tidy. Failure to do so I will charge the damage deposit the extra cleaning invoiced to me by housekeeping. Please look after the property.
