The house is 340m2. The space is split into 4 suite bedrooms, each equipped with their own bathroom, marble floors, built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning and television with canal plus. There is no problem in terms of parking as the grounds have two parking spaces. Furthermore the house has 24hour security, an alarm connected to the police, 60 surveillance cameras and 60,000 m2 of fenced land. In addition there is also a 1,600m2 infinity pool: a zone of complete relaxation surrounded by sun loungers from which you can enjoy the magical sunsets. It is located just 3 metres from the beach and is very close to the promenade.

About Carlos Anadon

I'm an architect and I built this wonderful villa few years ago to spend summer in Ibiza with my family. I love decoration and all little details of the villa I've been made to make our stay there as comfortable as possible. Now I built an other villa in another area of the island so I rent my family house. I've been spending all my life travelling all around the world, I love all different cultures and I am happy to offer my house to people who can enjoy the island. We loved the stay and the house!!!

The house is amaizing! We stay with our 4 childrens and we loved the big pool, and spetially the beach that was just one walk form the house! It is a very modern, great stile big paartment with over 3.800 square feets! My childrens loved the private pool and the chilg play round! We liked that it is only 5 minutes form Ibiza town!

SO MUCH BETTER than expected!!!

This place was everything you could ask for. If you have the chance to stay here, stay here. Carlos was a wonderful host, with an even more amazing property. 24/7 security who is actually paying attention (thank you Jose). 2 pools (I won't ruin the surprise for you, I'll just say WOW). Super hot water in the shower (the other guests wanted me to mention that). A coffee maker, WiFi, black out shades, grocery store 5min walk, restaurants 5min walk, I could go on and on. Just book this place and watch the sunset from the patio like we did. You won't regret it.

Carlos..thank you again brother. I now have to change travel plans so I can come back to Spain soon. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent property and location

Really enjoyed the stay. House in in a great location, closer to town but far enough away to have that exclusive feel and awesome view! The house set up itself is fantastic with a large community space and great outside area! We really had a blast and will be back.. thanks Carlos!

Cool Ibiza Apartment

Carlos' apartment was perfect for our group of 8 friends. It is really well located and designed. Despite being an apartment, we had a private pool and great privacy. We were only a 10 minute cab ride from Ibiza town and were able to navigate the island without any expensive cab rides. Carlos was a great host and came through on everything.

Spectacular house!

We spent our holidays with friends and everything was perfect. The house offers all the confortness we needed and everything was very clean. It has a spectacular pool that were you can enjoy of a relaxing sunset. The location is justt what we were looking for, very close to local restaurants and bars. Perfect choice and highly recommended. We will repeat in following years for sure.

El mejor verano de mi vida!

La casa espectacular!!

Un salón enorme donde estuvimos mejor que en nuestra propia casa

Con unas vistas impresionantes de la ciudad de Ibiza. La casa está a dos metros del mar abriendo una puerta.

Mis hijos jugaban sin preocupación en la piscina y en el parque que hay dentro de la urbanización con seguridad todo el día. Jugaban con unos amigos de la urbanización.

Nos encantaba porque está a menos de 5 minutos de Ibiza y a 10 de playa de Enbosa.

Las habitaciones son súper amplias y modernas

Realmente fue un verano inolvidable

Volveremos seguro porque nos apasiona Ibiza

Recomiendo el restaurante que hay al lado de la casa donde hay unos atardeceres increíbles
