About Sam & Dave Saunders

David and Sam are professional people with two grown up daughters. We live in Nottinghamshire with our three dogs - a Dobermann, Spaniel and Lurcher cross. We enjoy the outdoors and Sam is a keen runner and keep fit fanatic.

Our apartment is situated in a quiet area of Kapparis and is a much welcomed bolthole for a peaceful get-away-from-it-all break, with the added bonus of having the livelier resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa nearby.

Because we have furnished the apartment to a high standard, we would welcome enquiries from couples or family units only.

Why Sam & Dave Saunders chose Paralimni

We visited friends in Cyprus in 2004 and fell in love with the area, people, beaches and climate.

The apartment is situated on the top floor of a 3-storey block, so is extremely private and has the benefit of sea views. There is a large balcony overlooking the pool area, which is ideal for alfresco dining and the bedrooms are at the back of the property, providing optimum privacy.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, providing easy access to local amenities and for those who like a more active night life, Protaras is 4km away and Ayia Napa 8km.

There is allocated parking for one vehicle and access to the local bus route is a 5 minute walk.

There are two water parks within driving distance, one in Protaras and a large park in Ayia Napa.

What makes this apartment unique

This luxury penthouse apartment is in a fantastic location, situated in a quiet residential area of Kapparis, Famagusta, near to Paralimni and Protaras. It is within a short walking distance of the local amenities including supermarket, bars and fabulous restaurants, all of which are open year round.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard and we have emulated a home from home feel, in a classic modern style.

The complex also benefits from a large communal pool.

Fireman's beach is only a short five minute walk away with great swimming and bathing for couples and families alike.

Kapparis is an up-and-coming costal village in a peaceful and picturesque locality with easy access to the resorts of Protaras and Pernera and Ayia Napa.

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment. Excellent location just a few minutes walk to the beach, with a good selection of local restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is lovely and clean. And the owners are very accommodating. Look forward to returning next year!

Air conditioning/heating units (reasonable usage included in rental). The property is on the second floor and is serviced by a lift. Outside: Large communal pool with sun loungers. The apartment boasts a large balcony with sea and pool views and has the benefit of the sun until late afternoon. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included in price. Apartment will be cleaned upon arrival and on departure. Please check with owner regarding departure times, which may be negotiable depending on new arrivals.

Fireman's beach is only a short 5-10 minute walk away with great swimming and bathing for couples and families alike.

There are other sandy beaches, some with water sports, within a short distance and the local beaches at Pernera and Protaras (Fig Tree Bay) are a few miles away.


Direct transfers from Larnaca airport take approximately 40 minutes by car.

In Cyprus traffic circulates on the left, the traffic signs are international and seat belts must be worn.
