We are a semi retired couple and live close to this lovely property. We maintain it to a very high standard. It is really well placed for all services and has great facilities.We have enjoyed equipping it with top quality fittings from the Egyptian cotton bedding to the large screen TV.

HomeAway/Owners Direct have recently introduced a "Service Charge" of at least 6% . You can avoid paying this by booking directly with us. In this case we ask that you pay the deposit and final payment by bacs or paypal. You can see that we have been listed for 5 years and reviews go back a 3 years.

“Perfect, Perfect & Perfect: Location, Property & Service”

Clean, well-appointed house with all that you could need for your stay. Ideal location for trips into London or the surrounding countryside. Proximity to transport and local shops is very convenient. “Great House”

My husband and I and our two children ( 6 & 4 ) stayed at Sunny Bank house in July. The house is in a perfect location for visiting Legoland, Chessington Aventure World and only 2 mins walk to the local train station to catch the train into London. The house has a lovely south facing back garden and is well equipped and very clean through out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to others.

“Our family holiday”

We were a group of six, and finding suitable accommodation was a challenge, especially in the Epsom area close to relatives. This property fit the bill, with three bedrooms and two main baths on three floors. Food shopping is close, with small shops across the main road and food markets within easy driving distance.

The ground floor kitchen was large and well equipped, with more than enough space for a large table. We easily fit 9 adults around the expandable table, with room to spare. The 1st floor lounge was comfortable and bright, with a good sized TV. The 1st and second floor bedrooms (1 ensuite) were well decorated and clean, with a large tub and shower in the main and shower in the ensuite. Instructions to the use of the facilities were easily available.

Since the weather was a bit rainy, we did not spend a great deal of time outside, but the garden was well appointed, and would have been very pleasant had the sun been out a bit more.

This was a great place to stay, and, should the occasion arise in the future, we would happily return.

like home from home, House was spotless and very attractive, lovely south facing garden a lovely welcome pack waiting for us on arrival. Ideal for local shops, transport etc for London, Brighton etc.

Owner has thought of every home comfort. Would certainly use this again.

“amazing. a home from home.”

As soon as we walked through the door we saw a welcome package of food and wine...what a lovely greeting! We felt instantly at home here. The decor was great and the house had a very homely feel to it. I would definately stay there again...the owner Martin was a lovely man and very welcoming.

If you need to somewhere to stay in this area...this is the place... hands down.

A wonderful home from home with good amenities, clean and comfy, plus close to mainline rail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found Martin responsive and easy to liaise with. Will definitely return!!

Fantastic family base

We stayed here with our two young children and in-laws and it was the perfect base for exploring London or further afield.

The house is well equipped and within close reach of supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways.

Felt Just Like Being Home

Loved our stay at this property. There was a nice welcome pack of snacks and wine when we arrived and the place was very clean and tidy. We reported a couple of minor issues when we first arrived and these were rectified immediately by Martin. Our stay was hassle free. I would highly recommend staying at this property and we will be back to stay next year.

Excellent and close to London.

It was an excellent place in Ewell. All the conveniences of home. Martin brought us more towels as we are a scraggly bunch. The train ride to and from London was relaxing -- about 20 minutes. There were several restaurants in the village with excellent food (if you got back in time). I would definitely recommend this residence.

Excellent base

Sunnybank House was a great base to spend a few days exploring London, particularly if you have a car. We travelled to Hampton Court (20 mins by car) and Windsor (45 minutes by car) and you can be at Waterloo Station in 30 minutes from the local station which is literally 2 or 3 minutes walk from the house. The house itself is very well equipped, comfortable and warm. The beds are also very comfortable which is a rarity in many rental properties! The owner was great to deal with and we will would certainly book again next time we visit

Fabulous House to rent near London.

Highly recommended!!!

We stayed here during October Half-term in 2013 and 2015 (it was booked unfortunately in 2014) and used this house as a base for visits to London (30mins by train after 5min walk to the station), Chessington (15mins by car), Thorpe Park (45 mins by car) and Legoland (60mins by car).

This house is as lovely as it looks and the small extra touches of a welcome food basket containing milk, butter, bread, coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits and eggs was really helpful. There is a shop opposite for anything extra you need and plenty of local take-outs.

The house is modern and has everything you will need. It's well maintained and very clean.

The communication from the owners is excellent.

I would happily book this house again with no qualms and would highly recommend it to everyone.
