The western upper apartment in this iconic listed Renaissance palace is offered for short-term rentals. It’s a two-floor section of the house, with an area of 170 m2 and beds for 4 adults plus optional baby cot. The bedrooms have air conditioning. The apartment has two fantastic terraces facing west with beautiful sunset views over the mountains. Also very nice views of the Royal Castle and Cathedral, both of whom are located, literally, next door. The place is calm and peaceful in spite of its central location, and restaurants, bars and shopping can still be found within less than a 100 yards walk. Bus, taxi and car rental can be found nearby, there’s only a 5 minute walk to the sea and 15 minutes by foot to the nearest sand beach. Beautiful Parc de la Mar with its mix of trees, cosy cafés and playgrounds is just around the corner. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for cooking. Internet is also included.

Second time staying and it was just as good as I remember - location, character, and service.

I stayed a couple of years ago at this property with a girlfriend, and returned this year with my partner. The apartment is spacious, characterful, and has two great patios to enjoy the outside space - which is a bonus being so near to the Cathedral.

For the centre of Palma, it is so quiet at night. During the day, the musicians near the Cathedral can be heard as you sip a glass of wine on the terrace.

The one thing to be aware of, is that there are quite a few stairs up to the property, and a narrow 'turret' like staircase up to the gorgeous second bedroom (and balcony). Whilst this is all part of the charm for me, it may not be suitable for less mobile guests. There is a beautiful room on the first floor which is more easily accessible.

The service form Alicia, and local representative, Andrea, is responsive and friendly. Arrival and departure is no problem at all, and check in and check out was very flexible.

I would not hesitate in returning.. maybe with my partner and friends next time!

Just loved it!

The location is perfect, close to the Cathedral. Cafes a few steps away, narrow alleys and pretty plazas. The apartment is lovely! Not ideal if trouble with stairs, but otherwise wonderful. Roomy, pretty, very well equipped. Stayed with friends, and we know we have to come again. Friendly Andrea met us for keys and info suited to our arrival time, booked taxi for our return to the airport, and seemed very accessible and helpful. We did not want to go home!

Fabulous, sylish, beautifully located apartment.

Second visit, firstly in early summer and now at Christmas. Both visits reveal how welcoming Can Armadams is in different seasons. Every guest comments on the hidden intimate huge courtyard which leads to the apartment. The 2 separate terraces, totally private yet looking directly at the Royal Palace with lovely hill views in the distance.

The furnishings are chic and so in keeping with this spacious, elegant building and the kitchen and dining room are very well equipped.

We are rather demanding guests but feel very at ease here and Alicia's welcome and back up support, if needed, is outstanding.
