This fresh and charming apartment has two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a newly renovated bathroom. There is an open plan living area with dining table and chairs and an American style kitchen. This apartment has the added advantage of a private terrace leading directly out to the pool area, which is safe for those with small children and it sits splendidly on a corner poolside plot. All rooms are simply decorated creating a fresh and airy look. The double room has fitted robes, bedside tables with lamps and a chest of drawers. This room also has a safe for use during your stay. The twin room has free standing robes and bedside lamps. A spacious living area with sofa and arm chairs with coffee table, make this an ideal choice for those looking for a home from home. This room also has flat screen TV with DVD; and a Hi-Fi system. UK TV channels are available. The American style kitchen is complete with all modern appliances to make your stay easier.

The flat we stayed in was very clean and lovely. It was situated right beside the pool and not far from shops and restaurants and we will be staying at this property in the future and would say to any one who is looking for a stay in this flat to do so they will enjoy. - Susan October 2010

This was our first time at this apartment although we have stayed on the complex before. Our first impression of the apartment was very pleasing, and as we explored the apartment fully we were highly delighted.

The apartment was well maintained, very clean and very comfortable and definitely enhanced by having a TV which received English channels. All in all a very homely, comfortable feel.

The towels were changed every three to four days which was a bonus as we have never had this before in a self catering apartment and the bed linen changed once a week. We would definitely recommend this apartment and look forward to returning for another holiday in the future. - HP March 2010

The apartment is located in the exclusive area of Torviscas in Southern Tenerife and close to the up market and chic Playa de Fanabe and El Duque areas. The complex is styled on a typical Canarian village made up of studios and apartments. This complex is an excellent choice for families or those on a budget. Being so close to the beach and main resort, it's easy to see why it remains a top destination for British holiday makers. The complex has 6 swimming pools which are interconnected through slides, waterfalls, bridges and twisting turns. Facilities on the complex include Show Bar; Pool/Snack Bar; Tennis Court & Sunbed hire. There's a supermarket close by to purchase essential items and shops, bars and restaurants are very close by.

Amazing 3 weeks at a lovely apartment. Right next to the pool is ideal for families with children. We are thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent.

My wife and I had 12 days in this apartment, good location and complex very tidy. We have been to Adeje area a few times and love the area and have stayed in different apartments. This apartment in need of updating especially kitchen and bathroom areas, I kept banging my head on the cooker hood flap as it wouldn't retract as it should do, this is a safety hazard for taller people. Only 1 sunbed provided, we had to 'find ' another one on the complex. Would stay there again at same time of year.

Clean comfortable apartment

We stayed here for 8 nights. Overall clean and tidy. Beds comfortable everything you need in the apartment to make your stay hassle free. Fan in main bed room very noisy and got a lil stuffy in bedroom. Heated pool was really nice the others where freezing but kids loved the slide in pool! Kiddies pool was perfect for my 3 & 5 year old. Bar on site offered amazing sangria very strong! the staff where really friendly. 15 mins for airport! Landed at 8.30 arrived at 9.45 after collecting a car parking can be a bit of hassle in the main road not always able to park right out side but to be fair everything is within walking distance or free buses to waterpark. I'd personally change your money up out there offer a good exchange rate. Pints of beer €1 bargain. Booked our siam and loral Park tickets online before we went was a bargain. Perfect weather 21/22 degrees chilly in evenings. Would recommend if your looking for a budget accommodation overall nice week away.

Comfortable apartment with all you need

The property is spacious, and has great facilities which we really appreciated - a washing machine, full size fridge / freezer and cooker, so we could cook and relax with a bottle of wine. Not ultra modern, but very comfortable,and unusually for apartments the double (not two singles pushed together) was very comfortable. Lovely extended pool area, and there is a water machine where you can top up your bottles for a few cents. If there was one disappointment it is the outside area. Although a good size with table and chairs, it is somewhat enclosed and doesn't get any sun at all, so spent less time there than we had hoped. Overall a good apartment, great value, and also a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location

Our stay was a bit of both good and average really. Communication with the property rep was great, very friendly as you'd expect. We got what we thought was a good price, booked up and the communication was great. The property itself is in an area I didn't know well but upon getting there it is in a good location plenty of bars restaurants bus stops shops all around and so that was great. The complex is gated so secure and the pool areas really nice. It has a heated pool so be sure to find out which one it is as we didn't realise it had a heated pool till the last few days. The apartment is in need of updating in bedrooms and lounge I believe although the shower room is decent. Also there are quite a number of tiny little ants around doorways which is very off putting. On the inside of the back door it said on day of departure be out by 10.30am, we had a knock at bang on 10am from the cleaners and were bundled out quickly which left a bad taste in our mouths. Like I mentioned some good bits and average bits about this place.

Appartement très bien situé, au calme

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement. C'était notre deuxième séjour à Costa Adeje.

Nous avions quelques inquiétudes car les propriétaires se trouvent en Angleterre, mais tout s'est merveilleusement bien passé. Ayant réservé le taxi de l'aéroport à l'avance, nous étions dans l'appartement en 30 minutes trajet compris.

La terrasse est fermée - parfait au niveau sécurité pour des enfants en bas âge... Effectivement elle est ombragée, mais ça nous a pas tellement dérangé. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied, pas besoin de prendre la voiture.

L'appartement est correct, propre et fournit tout le nécessaire pour le séjour. Le changement des linges du lit au milieu de notre séjour nous a surprit un peu (nous n'étions pas prévenus, ça s'est passé dans notre absence :).

Bonne communication avec les propriétaires (par mail ou tél).

La piscine est froide (nous savions pas qu'il y avait une partie chauffée...?), mais nous avons privilégié la plage et les balades sur l'Ile.

Pleins de choses à voir ! Zoo, volcan, Los Gigantes, etc...

Génial de pouvoir se baigner, et le même jour voir la neige à 2000m d'altitude, en moins de 2 heures de trajet !!!

Location à conseiller!

There are several beaches within a few minutes walk of the property.


The nearest airport is Reina Sofia (Tenerife south) which is about a 15 minute drive away. Plenty of taxis are available at the airport which will cost about 20-25 euros each way. Car hire is also available in the Arrivals area of the terminal and this can be a cheaper option if you intend to tour the island.


A bus stop is close by if you wish to explore more. Playa De Las Americas is 1. 5km away and you can walk along the coastal path with many bars and shops. Puerto Colon marina is a short walk away with cafes and restaurants. As is the upmarket area of Playa De Fanabe and Playa Del Duque.
