This spacious two bed apartment offers comfortable furnishing, air conditioning in all rooms, ceiling fans and Wifi/Internet. All mod-cons to include fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and outside/inside eating facilities. With a view to die for, what more could you want!. The advantage of sitting under a shaded area in the dining area allows full advantage of eating in comfort still in full view of the landscaped gardens. The flow of the apartment gives a wonderful feeling of space. The added bonus of having a car under cover, outside your door is so convenient for all those goodies you treat yourself to enjoy your holidays and not having far to walk. A cool car is welcome in our sunny climate, to start any journey. We have two fabulous swimming pools to choose from. One being directly in front of our apartment and being the more shallow of the two. The other one, being deeper and therefore cooler. Again, spoilt for choice!

This is an extremely inviting apartment. Situated in a perfect location. The facilities offered inside the apartment endures relaxation and the facilities outside offers versatility. It's spacious interior is a must in the hotter climate and the view overlooking one of the pools, is enticing. This is the getaway feel we crave!

What makes this apartment unique

Fantastically situated. Enclosed gated terrace to keep those little ones in. Overlooking one of the shallower pools to keep a watchful eye. Completely kitted out for children. i.e. Travel cot, bed guards, child extension seats etc

Notes on accommodation: This Apartment can be accessed via stairs or lift and is on the first floor. This is a Non-Smoking Apartment, but ashtrays are supplied for use on the terrace. The position of the apartment offers complete privacy. Outside: The patio doors leading from the lounge overlook one of the pools. The pools are shared by guests at the complex only. The terrace is comfortably furnished with table and chairs. Both pools are surrounded by sun-beds and landscaped gardens. There is also toilets/shower facilities. There are 4 private sunbeds also provided for the pool, which two can be left at the pool and secured. There are two more fold up beds which can be stored in the apartment. The position of this apartment is paramount. Whilst offering privacy, the view is stunning. Especially watching the sunset

This charge is £100. This is returned 3-5 days after departure when inspection is carried out and excessive use of Air conditioning/Ceiling Fans has not been used.

Changeover Day:
Change-over day is flexible. Linen and towels (Not Pool Towels) are supplied.
Mid-week cleans or Fresh Linen can be arranged.
